Andd just like that, they go back to the novel (like the way ran in the end). If you go back to the bath scene, pretty sure Por used his eye brow move on Teetee which I think he broke character right there 😅 just another great show I could watch over and over again. ❤️❤️hopefully at the Duang with you fancon they’ll drop a special episode or something. Soo first about the scene in japan where duang was asking qin to talk the same as he does was not only about the tones. In thai there are alot of different ways to say I or You and it changes depending on the relationship between the 2 people and can imply different things about the persons personality or the relationship as well. If ypu noticed both qin and duang use gu/ku (I) mueng (you) when they talk with their friends. People usually use this only with close friends cause it is considered quite rude/very casual. And when duang talks to qin he says his own name instead of I and ter for qin. Ter is a more formal way to say you but is often used between lovers as a sweet way of referring to the other person.

Thank you for your reactions! I've been loving rewatching the series. The band at the end is called Tattoo Colour, and the author of the novel has said that the music from this band is part of the story. Also the first song Duang and Qin performed in ep 6 (I think) was a cover from Tattoo Colour. Btw all the filming in Japan was done when DMD took a trip to Japan - there's a video on their channel about the trip and loads of clips of TeeTeePor being really cute.

So the reason the camera shook in the NC scene in Japan is because they had to film it in a very short space of time and with minimal crew. They literally had like 5 mins to film and leave the hotel 😅 I think it was the director that mentioned it on a live a while back. But TeeteePor are so talented you probably wouldn't even realise 😊💜

ok it's nc scene and i can't wait to comment already and i will just add things later lol...most of my thoughts will be from my mdl notes i wrote when DWY ended.. gosh i love them so freaking much...talking about the nc scenes i actually think domundi knows how to add them, because it feels like a important part of the plot...for example their first time was more awkward and intense and to compare this one had more love and understanding of what other likes and i think it's so important....i genuinely love them so much i cried my eyes out while everyone was going insane about their first kiss..it was just so pure i can't, it was my first time crying during this kind of scene lol i can't move on from this show so that's why i'm here watching it with you again and again lol I didn't even go into this thinking it would be anything special, it was just something to watch, something casual, and somehow it ended up meaning so much to me. I think what makes it hit so hard is that I didn't just watch it but as my friend said- I found myself in it. Qin.I've never been this attached to a character before, and idk if it's the way he processes everything or the way he tries so hard to stay in control of his own emotions, but it felt way too real, like uncomfortably real in a way that just stays with you.The moment that really broke me was when Qin told drunk Duang that he likes being alone because that way he can control what he feels and what he does, but with Duang in his life he can't anymore. That line alone already did something to me, and this stayed with me until their first kiss...omg, it didn't even feel like just a kiss, it felt like a turning point, like Qin finally letting go of that control and allowing himself to feel everything he's been holding back. And then later when he tells Tiw that what hurt him the most was being heartbroken and not even being able to cry...yeah, idk, that one hit way too close. It's such a specific feeling but at the same time so relatable, and the way it was delivered just made it worse in the best way. What I really appreciated is that everything actually had a purpose. The buildup, the writing, the small details - nothing felt random or unnecessary, and that's so rare. It felt refreshing to watch something where emotions are actually earned and not forced. I don't know what's going on with Domundi later, but they seriously stepped up because I enjoyed every single part of this, and I wasn't expecting to enjoy it so much. And omg the chemistry...TeeteePor??? idk how to even explain it properly because it's not just "good chemistry", it's the kind that makes you question things a little because it feels so natural. Like if they're not dating irl then idk what dating is supposed to look like. It's soft and youthful but also intense at the same time, and somehow it never feels forced or exaggerated, it just flows so naturally that you don't even think about it - you just feel it. I keep thinking about the final scene like non-stop. Qin standing on that stage, singing and looking at Duang while remembering everything they've been through over the past year, from their first eye contact at Freshy night to that exact moment...and Duang just standing there all emotional, watching him. And then Qin saying "don't you dare cry while I'm not right here in front of you" before literally jumping off the stage and running straight to him...omg that scene felts so warm and comforting but also overwhelming at the same time, like it wrapped everything up in the softest way possible. And then as if that wasn't enough, we literally got a whole concert of Tattoo Colour like???? idk what this show did but it really did something to me. It wasn't trying to be the best, it wasn't trying too hard, and maybe that's why it ended up feeling so special. NOT THE BEST, BUT STILL GOOD. ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶

Seeing these young adults — who had to sacrifice crucial years of their lives to the pandemic —celebrating life and love with such carefree abandon felt to me like the perfect ending to this heartwarming story... so far. I’ve just finished reading the extra chapters from the book, which cover Duang and Qinn’s "family" life, their career choices, and their life with their friends over the next 12 years—right up to Duang’s 30th birthday. They would make a wonderful foundation for a special episode or two. Just saying...

i'm gonna miss your reactions to DWY so bad 😭😭😭this is my all time favorite show, so i loved relieving the rush of first time watching with you. i've been following you since your sky and i love your takes on the characters and shows you watch.  I agree the NC scene was an act of devotion more than anything else, I remember thinking "well I'm not even turned on this is just a beautiful moment". It borderlines art for me, especially with the way it was shot.  As for one final #fun fact, it's funny that you said pttp did it a little too well because that specific scene (the whole japan trip) was filmed after the main production had wrapped up, just a little over 3 weeks before the finale. They really had no issue getting back in character , whatever that could mean

Third time I'm watching this ending and the emotions are still the same 😭😭 I'm so happy I could watch you react to this series that already means so much to me. I'm glad you liked it so much too! For Jamie and Mars, I thought their storyline was enough, teasing us a bit but never fully showing us everything. And then, making me want to see more of them in the finale. I don't know why, I liked that X) I can't wait for their own series (be it a continuation or a new one.) (I'm so with you with your "Your Sky" opinion 🙂‍↕️)

Yes it was a really good series, just needed more of JamieMarvis (NorthOtto)! Plus it would have been interesting if the other two had something that would have been a surprise! Most definitely need a special ep!

not only was that NC scene so great, it was SO rushed! if you watch behind the scenes I think they had like 1-2 hrs to do the whole thing so a lot of it was one take and improvised, which is also why you'll see that camera shake lol. also no that's not their first time, it was after they agreed to be boyfriends. it was just soft and slow.

Ok I need to add one more thing bcs this series was just that great lol but the two stage scenes, the beginning and the end, were filmed on the same day! So you can really see how amazing Teetee and Por's acting skills are to deliver completely different feelings only a few hrs apart.

Agree with all the things! The Japan era was softer and more like they were breathing in every part of one another, even in their conversations. Like a more gentle appreciation of one another with a very mature peace. It felt like their relationship blossomed like a sakura flower with a deeper wisdom than when they were just in their courting stage. Our boys grew up 😭😭😭 Super enjoy watching these eps with you. Seriously very fun and enjoyable like hanging out with a group of friends :) reactions don’t have to be over the top. It’s about coming together with a like minded appreciation for these shows. Glad you can enjoy being creative and have a fresh job! All the luck in the world for you nick!

Ik this was a while ago lol but in the Novel Marvis and Qin are ment to like each other and they flirt with each other thats why they were kinda flirting when they first met
