I've never been one for no-platforming, but really, what was the point in talking to this misanthropic maniac? Especially considering the fact he was totally off his face on Bacardi and Coke (small c or big C, I'm not sure). Does the willingness of the general population to submit to the lockdown indicate that we're all docile, depoliticised zombies? Well, we may be, but I think it's more likely that it indicates that we don't want to die of Covid f•••ing 19, or inadvertently kill anyone else. And besides, what kind of freedom are we being denied? The freedom to go to work and shop? Ugh ...

You know, I'd not be averse to you having more episodes with people whose views we as an audience, or you as hosts, completely disagree with. I always find it enriching. 1. You know what you're up against. 2. You can perfect your ideas a little more given that you're lead to explicitly defend them.
