I remember reading about this guy online: Nice guy in his 50's, father of 3 who had this love of a game called 'World of Warships.' At some point the game introduced all these little anime girls to the roster in silly, cute, revealing outfits and the guy was pretty enamored by them. He had a favorite anime girl character and wondered what it would be like to wear her costume. So naturally after reading all that and hearing a physical description of the man I thought it would be real cute to draw him wearing that same costume! XD
