Well the identity of the Cursed King or King of the Magic Kingdom has been discovered by Crossoverfan12, well done! The King is from an old Super Famicom game called Donald Duck no Mahou no Boushi or Donald Duck and the Magic Hat. I played an emulated version years ago and always loved this handsome king from it. I will be getting in touch with Crossoverfan12 shortly to get an idea of what he wants for his sketch prize!
