Bears of War (Patreon)

I never really got into Gears of War. Not saying the series is bad or anything, just too hypermasculine in all the ways that dudes who worship the thought of being in the military seem to enjoy. I admit I might be projecting here. The characters (male) all have the same exact builds and boring grey color palettes. Can't even comment on the story as I've never played one. However! There is a tactics game called Gears of War Tactics (fittingly enough) that I bought on the cheap and am excited to give it a shot. Characters have more distinct designs and color, and most importantly the game features Sid Redburn. I've drawn him before but god DAYUM if he isn't my literal exact physical type! Around 60, grizzled, short white hair, big mustache, scars, eye patch, hairy... The man has it all! Gabe Diaz, the guy he's with, looks pretty damn good too, ngl. So when I'm finally done with PalWorld, I aim to check out GoW Tactics and hope it's a fun title!
