Motivational Spurts! She has an energy core on her stomach that allows her to boost her own body's energy for short periods of time so so she can run faster, be stronger, and carry out tasks better. However, using it too much or for too long can strain her body/make her pass out, so she needs to use it strategically. Rather than close quarters fighting, she is more of a search and rescue hero.

Yeah, thats what she trained to do in hero school as a kid! She got very adept at it by graduation.
