Friday Night Beach Chat #18 (Patreon)

Welcome back to Paradise! It's time to have a little chat on the beach.

This week was very productive as I started ramping up development again to full power!! At this stage all I'm pretty much doing is staging scenes and rendering them. I got 87 renders completed and have an additional 21 waiting their turn to be rendered.

This week also saw me start to code the upcoming phone feature. I'm a beginner with Renpy and Python so there has also been a lot of learning this week. This feature will get extended functionality over the next few updates.

For the 0.3 update only two apps will be functional; the MC's stats (Heart icon)

And the Contacts app which will list all the characters you have encountered thus far.

Still more work to be done on the phone menu but it's coming along great so far.

This week I also got to experiment with some facial morphs I recently acquired for when someone gets punched in the face.
