Tiny Olivewood Apartment 💚 The Sims 4 CC Build (Patreon)

This tiny apartment was designed to feel warm, cozy, and full of character. With soft olive green tones, dark wood accents and natural textures, the space has a calm and earthy atmosphere that makes it feel like a peaceful little retreat.

Even though it's very small, every corner was carefully planned so your Sim can comfortably move around the entire apartment. The layout was fully tested to make sure everything is functional and easy to use.

Instead of using stairs, the apartment features small level changes that gently separate each area of the space. These subtle platforms help define the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom while keeping the apartment open and connected.

The raised sleeping area creates a cozy little nook, while the compact kitchen and dining corner make the most of the available space. The bathroom is tucked neatly beside the bedroom, giving the apartment a smart and efficient layout.

It's a tiny home, but it still feels warm, welcoming and full of personality, perfect for a Sim who loves a simple and cozy lifestyle.
