I've been wanting to build something small, modern and a little different, so I ended up creating this Black Modern Home!

The dark color palette gives the whole build a cozy and modern vibe without feeling too cold. My favorite part is definitely the outdoor area with the pool, deck and covered dining space, it feels like the perfect place for Sims to hang out, relax or spend a quiet afternoon.

Even though it's a compact home, it has everything your Sims need and still feels open and comfortable.

Hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed building it!
