A tiny little apartment with the cutest cozy vibe! Soft pink walls, warm wood, a tiny kitchen, comfy bedroom and a little living space all packed into one small home.

It’s small, but honestly… it has everything. Perfect for a Sim who loves a warm, peaceful little home without needing a huge space.

⚠️ Important

If, after placing the lot, the fence separating the kitchen from the bedroom and the stairs to the bedroom are missing, search for these items in Build/Buy mode and place them manually:

MadameRia - Matching Swatches Unremarkable StairsHARRIE - DelSol Pt 7

This can happen because these CC items don't always stay with the lot when it's saved to the Gallery.

Installation Guide

Download the folder/files

Right click the downloaded .zip file

Select “Extract Here” or “Extract to...” using WinRAR or 7-Zip

For Mods / CC

Move the .package and .ts4script files to:

Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods

For Tray Files

Move the files to:

Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray

Open your game and make sure “Enable Custom Content and Mods” is turned on in Game Options

Restart your game and enjoy ♡

📌 CC Dependencies Check

Starting now, I will be manually reviewing the CC folder for each build and including all necessary dependencies, such as texture files and required support files, to help prevent missing textures or objects appearing incorrectly in the game.

My goal is to make the installation process easier and more convenient for you. When downloading a build, you won’t need to manually search for missing dependencies or figure out which extra files are required for the CC to work properly. I will check the custom content used in each build to make sure everything needed is included and ready to use.

💗 A Little CC Folder Note

I recommend placing this entire folder directly into your Mods folder rather than moving the files around.

This way, all the CC used in my build stays together and easy to find. If you ever download a complete set or pack from one of the creators included here, you'll know exactly which files came with my build and can easily remove any duplicates if necessary.

This is just a little recommendation to help keep your Mods folder organized and avoid possible duplicate files or conflicts.
