I don't think it could be long enough, but a time-lapse like PoV of just a rando hogwarts student watching all the things around Harry happen would be neat.

I think Hermione or Harley Black would be good. It would show us the gangs current action plan before Harry dumpsters it, and they are at least somewhat aware of Harry's ridiculous for a neat perspective. Some of the more out there options: Professor Sprout (staff view of situation and wtf is my House), Luna (press view/random student due to never being introduced), or the Basilisk (the good old character development before death; rip our hearts out).
