There’s some really exciting stuff brewing at Run to the Movies… (Patreon)

With the addition of Amy and Honey to the Run to the Movies family, we can now do some of the things that you all have been asking in comments and messages for so long.

Ever since Hannah and Toy watched Firefly, we have been getting requests for Tori to watch the show. With the addition of Honey to our family, it’s now possible, because of their filming schedules. They filmed reactions to episodes 1 and 2 a few days ago and it was a very difficult experience for me, as the producer, because they were so fun and funny that remaining silent behind the camera was akin to torture. These are going to be some phenomenal reactions!

We now have two people who have never seen the Lord of the Rings movies. Amy and Honey are really excited to watch them. These reactions are a massive commitment of time, but we are working on making them happen soon!

Toy has been loving Star Trek TNG, but she recently asked to watch some TOS as well. She originally just watched episodes that were hand-picked by Hannah and by our Ultra level Patrons, but now she’d like to go through the whole show. We will start with that really soon!

Aside from Scarface, Toy has not seen any of the classic mobster movies that Tori loves so much. Now, she and Amy were able to start on their journey through them. Their reaction to Goodfellas was filmed earlier this week. It was a blast to film and it is going to be one phenomenal video!

Also, earlier this week, Tori and Toy watched Robin Hood: Men in Tights. They made sure to rewatch King of Thieves first, so it was fresh in their minds. Quite the reaction is coming for you!

Changes are coming to YouTube: We have recently created a new YouTube channel, Run to the Movies Plus ( https://www.youtube.com/@runtothemoviesplus?sub_confirmation=1 ) - All YouTube edits of TV show reactions and movie reactions that feature one reactor will go here. Please take a second to subscribe to it now, so when videos start showing up there, you won’t miss them! Tori’s reactions to Fallout will be heading there once all the full length videos finish arriving here on Patreon.

One of the best ways to support Run to the Movies is to make Reactr requests ( https://www.reactr.tv/runtothemovies ). We have built up a library of full length reactions to some amazing movies that were requested by so many wonderful folks through Reactr. We will be publishing them for you to see throughout the next few months.

Our friend Joi ( https://www.instagram.com/regeneratedarts ) created a couple of amazing new t-shirt designs for us. We will introduce them here soon and they will be available in our shop ( https://maxrunner.creator-spring.com ) really soon!

Lastly, I (Max, producer of Run to the Movies) will be competing in the Philly’s Phunniest stand-up comedy contest at the Helium Comedy Club in Philadelphia on July 7th. If any of our awesome Patrons are in the area, I invite you to come and see my ass getting kicked by a bunch of even funnier people: https://philadelphia.heliumcomedy.com/shows/317898

Thank you all for making this such an amazing community. Run to the Movies is a project that takes an immense amount of work to run and every minute of it is worth it because of all of you!
