Twitter update compilation 10-11/2025 (Patreon)

Just got back from Tokyo. The event (https://ais.familiar-life.info/) had such a great atmosphere, and there were tons of cosplayers at the venue too.
I bought soooo many doujinshi that my luggage got really heavy lol. What's cool is that going to these events, I discovered a lot of artists I'd never noticed before — ones who might not be super active on Twitter, but their work is really interesting.
After AIS, I went to another event at Tokyo Big Sight, but when I got there I realized there were barely any Arknights booths — just like one tiny row.
On my way out I saw there was something going on in the other halls, so I checked it out — and it was super amazing. It's called DESIGN FESTA, four super huge halls of stuff. I ended up spending most of the time there instead. It felt kind of like those creative indie markets, but way bigger and way more professional.
The variety was insane — you could see people drawing live at their booths, and find all kinds of things you'd never imagine. And the products were all super unique. Some people were even selling random electronic components that can copy your home remote-control signals. Every booth had its own brand and vibe. Plus there were small workshops and studios exhibiting too — woodwork, ceramics, metalwork. I even saw leather goods, armor, masks…The place is so massive you honestly can't finish it in two days.
But then on the last day I got super sick 🤒 with fever and food poisoning symptoms. I don't even know how I made it through — dragging myself half-dead to the airport, getting on the plane, going home... my stomach and head were killing me the entire time.
I was planning to draw and post updates right after getting back, since it feels like if you disappear for a few days online nowadays, people just forget you exist.
But I'm really not in any shape to do that right now. I think I'll feel better tomorrow though — at least being sick doesn't affect drawing that much.
