Beta
You were never the only one in the room.
You're with someone. There's a man across the room who has been watching the whole time, and nothing in your game has ever cared about that.
*Now something does.*
How it works
Every NPC near you builds interest while your scene plays out. Proximity, line of sight, how long he's been looking, how much he's had to drink — it all feeds the same number, and that number is his. Optionally it reads straight from OSL Aroused or SLO Aroused NG, so it's the same arousal your other mods already track.
When it gets high enough, he acts.
*He puts down his cup and walks over.* No teleporting into position, no popping into the animation out of nowhere. He crosses the room, he stops in front of you, and he says something. You get to watch it happen, and you get a moment to decide what you want to do about it.
*Then he asks.* A prompt, a real answer, and a real refusal if that's what you want.
*Unless he doesn't ask.*
If you're in a agressive scene. If you're drunk. If you're on skooma. If there's a collar on your neck and your wrists are behind your back. If you're in a cell, or in a dungeon with someone who was never going to be friendly, or already in the middle of something that was never gentle to begin with — he isn't asking. He tells you what's about to happen, and it happens.
*And the scene follows him in.* What comes next is picked to match how he came in. Something that started soft doesn't stay soft because he took what he wanted and the game happened to roll soft.
*Then it can happen again.* One at a time, with room between them — but the man by the door watched all of it, and he's been waiting.
It reads the state of the game on its own
Drunk, drugged, collared, cuffed, gagged — it sees all of it without any other mod being patched, updated, or even aware this exists. Drink in a tavern and he knows. Put on a collar and he knows.
The lists are plain text in a config file, so anything not covered gets added in one line.
*Everything else it does:*
- *A barrier against your other mods* — when something opens a dialogue window on top of your scene, that gets caught and turned into him joining, instead of a conversation box over the animation or a crash to desktop
- *Only what your animations can do* — every entry is checked against the packs you actually have before anything moves. If nothing fits, nothing happens
- *Followers are treated differently* — someone who cares about you asks, even when he wouldn't have to
- *Never children.* Checked before anything else, with no setting to change it
- *An open contract for mod authors* — a documented API, so any mod can hand someone into a running scene safely instead of rolling dice
This isn't another mod that sends men at you. It's the thing that decides what all the mods that send men at you are allowed to do.
*Requirements*
- SKSE64
- OStim Standalone 7.4a or newer — older versions don't expose the API this talks to
- Animation packs. What can happen depends entirely on what you have installed
Optional:
- OSL Aroused or SLO Aroused NG — so interest comes from real arousal instead of proximity and time
- Devious Devices — restraints are detected without it, but that's where the default list points
No ESP. No plugin slot. Nothing to sort in your load order.
*Installation*
1. Install with your mod manager, or copy `SKSE` and `Scripts` into `Data`
2. That's it. Every setting lives in `SKSE/Plugins/OUninvited.json` and every one is optional
Put it on a test save. Not the character you care about.
*Beta notes*
The men stay quiet until you tell them not to. Out of the box it watches, measures and writes everything to its log without acting, so you can read what it would have done before letting it do anything. Open `OUninvited.json` and switch on `autonomousJoin` when you're ready for them.
What I want to hear about:
- Does he come? Sit in a busy tavern with a scene running and tell me whether anyone gets up
- Does he actually walk, or does he get stuck? Doorways and tavern furniture are where I expect trouble
- Drink something. Does he stop asking?
- Wear a collar. Does he notice?
- Is anyone staying dressed after someone joins? There's a timing value for that and I need to know what it should be on a heavy load order
- Does the pacing feel right, or does it turn into a queue?
*Thank you.*
This one started with a patron telling me my mods were tripping over each other, and it turned into something much larger than the complaint that began it. That keeps happening here, and it's the best part of doing this.
*Credits*
The OStim Standalone team, for exposing a plugin API good enough that a mod like this can exist without touching a single byte of their internals.
