Every scene leaves something behind. This one makes sure you carry it.

Fill Her Up is the inflation mod: what ends up inside her stays inside her, and it shows. The belly swells and holds. It leaks when it's had enough. Followers notice, strangers comment, and there is a whole line of work in Skyrim for a woman who can carry a load across the province without spilling it.

It was built on SexLab. This build doesn't need SexLab at all.

What's in this release:

Three masters, all vanilla — Skyrim, Dawnguard, Dragonborn. SexLab.esm and SexLabAroused.esm are gone from the header and nothing replaced them. It drops into an OStim setup without dragging a second framework along for one plugin.

The scene decides where it went — when someone climaxes, the mod reads the scene itself: vagina, rectum, mouth or throat. No guessing from tags. A threesome fills each receiver on her own, and the cum on her body and the swelling inside always agree with each other.

Creatures count properly — they're recognised by race, 110 of them across 48 creature types. A frost wolf counts as a canine, a chaurus hunter as a chaurus. On the old build an unknown race quietly counted as an ashhopper.

The orc chieftain quest plays OStim scenes — armbinder poses for the bound part, with a fallback chain behind them so the quest never stalls waiting for a scene that isn't there.

The comments see the mess — cum on you is visible, and the NPC lines about it react to what's actually on you.

Her own voice — the SexLab moaning option is gone; the mod's own moans play instead.

Everything the mod already did is still there: vaginal, anal and oral inflation, leaking, the deflate ability, the expel animations, follower and NPC comments, the Quicksilver delivery quests, the orc chieftain, creature cum and eggs, and the hand-off to the fertility mods.

This isn't SexLab swapped out for OStim with a find-and-replace. The parts that read the scene were rewritten to ask OStim what happened, and OStim knows more than SexLab ever told it.🆕 New in 0.3.0

🍒 Her breasts swell with the belly — the fuller she is, the bigger they get, up to +50% at maximum inflation, and they go back down as she empties. Works on any body, and through SLIF when it’s installed. On/off and how much in the MCM (Events page, “Breasts”).

🩸 Other mods can drain her — a mod can now ask Fill Her Up to take a share of what’s inside her. Fill Her Up does it with its own absorb animation and says how much came out. The cum stays Fill Her Up’s; nobody else touches it.

😈 Lilith uses it first — with Lilith installed, the succubus feeds on what she was filled with. Her health, magicka and stamina come back, and some of it stays for good.

🔧 New in 0.2.1

👄 Blowjobs fill her again — swallowing, deepthroat and licking go to the oral pool, like in the original. Before this fix only vaginal and anal counted.

🥚 New in 0.2.0 — eggs and tentacles

🕷️ Estrus Chaurus Reforged / Estrus Chaurus — a chaurus fills her as usual, and the eggs go to Estrus Chaurus, which grows them and makes her lay them. One chaurus, one pregnancy, never two.

🧿 Curse of Life — a chaurus, spider or dragon that comes in her womb starts that creature’s curse.

🐙 Estrus — OStim Edition — when a tentacle scene ends and she didn’t escape, she’s full. Machines don’t count.

🤰 Shared belly — if she’s already carrying eggs, the cum belly grows less, so the two don’t stack into a monster.

None of these is a master. Each one is found on game load, and the MCM shows what was found.

This isn’t a pile of patches on top of the old mod. Each feature goes to the mod that owns it, and Fill Her Up asks it instead of copying it.

ZaZ Animation Pack — the bound poses of the delivery and orc quests, and five armbinder scenes. Without it those poses are skipped and the orc quest uses whatever else you have installed

Fertility Mode or Beeing Female NG — they still get what they've always been handed

OSL Aroused or SLO Aroused NG — arousal gain

Installation

Remove the SexLab version of Fill Her Up first.

Install with your mod manager, anywhere after OStim.

Run Pandora or Nemesis — tick Fill Her Up - OStim Edition (armbinder scenes).

⚠️ Important

Start a new game, or use a save that has never had Fill Her Up on it. This replaces the whole scene engine underneath; an old SexLab install leaves pieces in a save that nothing can clean up.

If something's off

Turn on Papyrus logging, make it happen again, and send me Papyrus.0.log with what you were doing — which scene, who was in it, and where it was supposed to go. The armbinder pairs can sit a little off on some bodies; fix it once in OStim's alignment menu and OStim remembers it.Credits
