The first page of Act 1 is done! Not too much of a major change from the color WIP last post, but I added the dialogue finally. And touched up some layers and overlays. Brondar (the Dwarf) and Tang (my cursed barbarian who turns into a feywild were-minotaur) look amazing, I'm so happy with how they turned out. This will be the baseline for how each page across the storyboard will look!

OH! speaking of storyboard,

I made changes.

So the first draft of the storyboard went as follows, stated before:

Intro - to set up characters and setting

Act 1 - where Brondar oils Tang's standing body, leading to Brondar giving oral to Tang, and the first remnants of Tang's monster curse comes out

Act 2 - Tang provides oral/anal to Brondar while Brondar studies him and his tells as the monster curse slowly rises again

Act 3 - The hypnosis collar is brought out to subdue Tang while continuing on with sex, but then Monster Tang goes unleashed and penetration happens

Thing is... rereading through the pacing of the story I found myself wanting to rework it. I had Acts 2 and 3 where Tang and Brondar flipped positions in bed a few too many times for my liking in too quick of a succession. Act 1 Tang is standing a lot, I felt like it could be more dynamic. There were also concepts across those thumbnails that I did really like (i.e. hypnosis via compulsion collar, teratophilia and ego death via the curse Tang has that transform into a mindless monster with a mouth on his stomach that can perform oral), but was squeezed in too little of a space. Yeah, a lot of initial ideas I wanted to refine.

So I did. With a second draft of the first two storyboard pages!

I still have to work on the third and fourth page of the storyboards but for the purposes of completing comic pages for Act 1, this suffices for now.

What I have here is changes of Page 8 onwards, where after Tang brings Brondar deeper into his armpit and stops himself, Brondar takes his apology and then orders him to sit on the chair where he is restrained with rope. The oiling and oral process followed up with the curse popping out then follows.

What comes next then in Act 2, would be the concept of the hypnotizing compulsion collar being used to keep Tang('s curse) under control, them testing it out, and then Brondar using the hypnosis to order Tang to pleasure him, leading to the oral/anal idea from before. Except here it's purely anal; Tang is sticking his tongue in there, and he can save the oral act for when he grows a second mouth on his stomach. Also, instead of Brondar being on his back, Brondar is on his knees, giving Tang a window to his ass and him struggling with the monstrous urge to eat him out.

That way once Tang loses control of himself in Act 3 and Brondar is flipped to his back, it becomes much more natural for Monster Tang to do the stomach mouth oral idea, as I have more pace for it in the timeline there and it purely sets the different sexual positions apart in each Act.

Act 3 is largely the same where Tang still goes monster mode, but I'll still have to redraw those areas in the storyboard still.

But then I changed the storyboard again.

Not too crazy of a difference this time, but I found myself finding a middle ground where Tang is still standing after the forced armpit miscommunication, but here Brondar isn't giving oral, he's masturbating him. I think the pulled back switch exaserbates the intensity that Tang feels, as he was being so overtaken by the curse welling up inside him due to the stimulation, that Tang falls into a chair and grips it with all he could muster before the beast comes out. No ropes or restraints in sight.

What I found myself feeling was that the ropes averted the potential for portraying Tang's desperate agency he was clinging to when the curse of his monster form began consuming him. Without physical restraints, that allows Tang to specifically choose to anchor himself down onto a chair and grip as he was slowly succumbing, showing off that the sexual tension is Tang trying not to let the monster out.

By letting Tang express this horny distress, from mere touch no less, the restraints on him become purely psychological and willpower driven, and most importantly self-imposed, which I ABSOLUTELY want to portray with Tang as he folds further and further into his base instincts of rutting. I also want to make sure if this reads as submissive top behavior as he is trying so hard to serve Brondar but his instinct is to BREAK him. If Tang reads as a sub top, perfect! That's the goal.

Also it is a little unrealistic for Tang to be oiled while he's sitting and tied up so

This lead to making a few more changes to the lineart of a few pages I have been working on and it's worth it. And I get to draw more of Tang's body getting handled.

With that, the NEW direction of the storyboard is this:

Intro - to set up characters and setting

Act 1 - where Brondar oils Tang's standing body, causing Tang's curse to awaken so hard Tang has to sit down and resist while Brondar masturbates him.

Act 2 - After seeing the curse come out briefly, Brondar pulls out a compulsion collar as an attempt to subdue the curse, then hypnotizes Tang into pleasuring him. Leading to Tang eating him out, but the curse is poking out like crazy.

Act 3 - Brondar finally orders Tang to let out the monster, Tang transforms, and while penetrating Brondar he forms another mouth on his stomach so he can bj him at the same time.

(Tang does cum all three acts btw, his body doesn't need a refractory period so he can cum all the time)

That is to say, please feel free to give me feedback on the rewrites, I did mention last comic post about looking for second opinions of the comic's spiciness after all. Act 1's concepts are already firm, I've been working on its pages and already made these changes I described, so I will not be changing anything more with Act 1. But Acts 2 and 3, if you have any suggestions, feel free to tell me in comments and stuff.
