Paused billing fir August (Patreon)

About half way through July I realized I'd still never uploaded the content from June, and so I decided I'd hold off and upload it at the same time as the July content. Because I hadn't uploaded anything during July but people still paid, I put a one month pause on billing, meaning you won't be charged for August.
