Progress update (Patreon)

Hii, hope everyone's doing good? Progress was doing well, but I had some health issues I need to fix, which will slow me down a bit. I still plan to release Athiel's path before starting whatever you choose for next month, though. I'm hoping to finish the cold/stoic and the heartbroken/crying MC paths. There are four possible reactions for the MC in total and I want to give each a unique feel—which is why we're around 20k words and I'm only half way through the stoic path. The two other routes will have a similar process, but the personality checks won't be as heavy. Athiel's route has more personality checks because it's, well, their route, because feelings are intertwined with betrayal, and there's also the fact that MC sees El in this route. Anyway, I think once this scene on Athiel's route is done, the two others will be a tad faster. I can't wait to write the drive scene, which will be important for the first ending of LAD (with epilogue)! And also to write the confrontation with Juliet. I first thought it'd be too much to have both revelation and confrontation (with Juliet) so close to each other, but dragging this out would also ruin the momentum, 'soften' the blow in a way. Better to deal with this now, then the consequences (legal action or people around her leaving or not) later. I'll also have to remember to add TWs, because it won't be pretty (only if you choose so), and I already know how chap 6 will start depending on your path/choices. Aaand, that's all so far.
