It’s not that they can’t discipline… It’s more about the way they are discipline. I think Barbara’s message was instead of being super hard and making the students fear him ….he can gain their true respect (meeting them where they are) thus ensuring they listen to him for the right reasons.

I guess. I don't know, I just don't think that method would work in the long term. Like is he supposed to make all lessons bluey themed now? What if there's a student who HATES bluey? Maybe I'm just thinking to hard into it aha Thanks for sharing your thoughts <3
