EYON: Fantasy - Chapter 1 - Prologue - COMPLETE (Patreon)

IMPORTANT NOTE: So that I don't confuse old readers who previously read this chapter, I made a change to the plot of my EYON storyline, so now this first prologue chapter introduces us to the SECONDARY CHARACTER OF MY ORIGINAL STORY (the baby found in the wreckage, she's not a girl and the secondary character of this tale).

I've been stuck in writer's block for half a decade trying to figure out the best original story to follow, and I believe I've finally landed on a winner.Marin's backstory you saw in Chapter 4 of Silver Age inspired this rewrite of the hero's backstory for THIS universe. Hope to have more to come as I go about working on my other projects as I claw my way out of my writer's block.Synopsis (REVISED VERSION): On the continent of Eyon- a world of swords and sorcery- deep in a mystic wood, a hermit finds a baby left alive in a wagon in the wake of a horrible monster attack. Alongside an elven mage and master huntress, they raise the girl into a strong warrior.

Yep. A Dwarven Summoner and Fighter. Basically he was the titular and crowned Hero who protected the continent from evil- basically who you would have regarded as the MC once upon a time. He may or may not have defeated the Demon King and their army a long time ago in his prime, and has now since retired.

For those wondering, I was a bit unsatisfied with the abrupt ending to the chapter, since it lacked context for how life was like for the heroine growing up in the village. So I'm amending this issue by adding some extra montage pages to the chapter, showing us how the heroine is raised and trained (just like I recently did for Dragonball Silver Age), to add characterisation and context. This will improve the story's pacing and give the opportunity for more world building. You can also see why I didn't include this the first time, because creating these pages is VERY time consuming, due to the detail. Please let me know how it looks.
