Yeah with Videl Gohan has to hold back because she's fragile. The whole problem with love making is something Gohan shares with Superman. He's loves Lois Lane but she's fragile, so if Clark wants to actually enjoy himself he'll have to have sex with someone like Wonder Woman or Maxima.

To me, it’s not a matter of preference but a matter of how much they’re Sexual Response Cycle can handle, he loves them all equally, (including Bea, Erasa, & Fasha) 😏I’m sure Gohan’s thinking about his girls and holds back 80 maybe 75% of his strength 😏😏😏

In terms of preference, I'd like to say Videl. but I have to go with Zangya. Not because Gohan doesn’t have to hold back with her, but because she’s the only one we see him actually wrap his arms around. To me, that kind of embrace says a lot about compatibility when you hold someone close and just don’t want to let go. And it’s certainly made evident by Zangya clawing the hell out of him. Those take forever to heal up.

As for who’s giving it to him best, obviously Vados. Must be a hell of a workout she’s putting him through, yet heavenly at the same time. And I’m too sure yet, but Bulma might surprisingly be a close 2nd. Or maybe not so surprising, considering she managed to handle Vegeta, who likely barely held back. Before Superhero, there's a good chance she used the Dragon Balls for a few “enhancements” between the Cell and Buu Sagas just to not only look younger, but to withstand a Saiyan-level pounding as well.
