Neon Katt gets a little overzealous with expressing her Halloween spirit. Let's be honest, her outfit is probably the best they've seen all night; just give her all the candy. This one took a while, but I had a lot of fun with it. I'm going to try to do a couple more Halloween posts this month, so any suggestions are welcome.

Can you please do Reese eventually!?!? She my favorite RWBY girl!!

ĞØȚĤỊČÇ ĆĄƁØÖŞƏ

NEON YESS!! I'm kinda digging the ponytail. Perhaps it could be longer? It is a happy handle after all lol

Ms.Leo

Yes yes yes!!

Necromalock

Last year, it was my first post with Raven.

Necromalock

I will try to think of something for her, I know you've been wanting one for a while.

D.j. Arnold

Maybe a caligril skateboarding in a bikini or something along those lines?

Necromalock

I was torn between making it longer, but I kinda liked the short, sporty look to this one. Maybe I'll make another version.

Crest

Yooo rare Neon W! We haven’t seen her in ages

Necromalock

Something sporty would be a good fit, maybe she can get something with the "Gym Class" series. Skateboarding would be interesting too, I haven't done one like that.

D.j. Arnold

I figured since her weapon is literally a hoverboard you could just use it for something. Iv got ideas upon ideas unfortunately I have no talent for drawing lol so I just give ideas to those that can lol

CelestiaLewdenberg

This makes me want one of Yang domming Neon as payback for the taunting in the tournament

Necromalock

I like her character even though I've only drawn her once, and a long time ago. I would draw her more often, but her hair style in the series is a bit off. I just need to take some creative liberties with her. It's largely the same issue with Penny and Emerald, almost exclusively with their hairstyles.

Necromalock

I always think of that scene too, and had the same idea back when I was still working in the old style, but never got around to it. There are a lot of ideas to work with Neon Katt's "top-heavy" comment.

LeDerpDude

I'm getting similar vibes to the one when Yang also flashed hers out during a spar.

Crest

Well I’ll say this, compared to your last piece of her, massive jump in quality my guy. Won’t pretend to know the intricacies of drawing but definitely worth the wait 🔥

Rice Paddie Slave

Blake showing off her butt in pumpkin pants would be cute.

CelestiaLewdenberg

Collared, perhaps pulling her tail or pinning her down

AnimeGeek97

Yay Halloween artwork! Fantastic workers always my man

Maine

Never realised how much I needed Neon art from you until now! More pls

Rucker

Neon Katt was not what I was expecting, stay blessed Nerco fr. I would love to pull that ponytail..

Ddog928

Is this the first time you have done Neo? It came out very well!

iBurnScarlet

Great choice for a new character

Necromalock

I've only drawn her one other time a few years ago. I'd like to include her a bit more in the rotation.

pinormous

Neon is best catgirl: perfect bod, crackin tits, sculpted ass, tail, and a raveslut

Necromalock

Neon Katt and Blake need to collab for OnlyFaunus.
