If you didnt already check, then Jeju island is south of South-Korea. It's a very very popular vacation-travelling destination for mainlaind people, with its warmer weather and countless tangerine trees and local cuisine and so on. It sometimes is referred to as Hawaii of Korea - which almost kinda makes sense.

Se Kyung and Kwangsoo are friends, you'll see in the future that Kwangsoo has a lot of friends who tease him a lot, I think they were just teasing each other. Cha Taehyun is the best friend of Jongkook and a very close friend of Jaesuk. He is always funny on variety shows.

so for the end of the opening here, they didn't acknowledge finding Cha Tae Hyun after finding Se Kyung because that's how sure they were that the "foreign" woman was Tae Hyun lol. KJK and him are bffs, he's close to Jae Suk, and has been in the industry for SOOO LONG that once Jong Kook pointed him out everyone was like "Ahh~ yeah that's him..." and then they moved on haha If you watch it back, you'll see that when they all hovered to try to take off Se Kyung's glasses and towel, Tae Hyun tried to join and Jong Kook just body slammed him out of the way because he already knew that was his friend.

I'm still catching up to your Running Man reactions so idk if you are already aware, but afaik Kwang-soo is currently in a relationship with the lady you are talking about, but not married yet (just to avoid confusion). Also I'm not sure if you remember but Cha Tae-Hyun appeared in one of Running Man's earlier episodes (the one with them in an art museum and the very first time the term "Monday Couple" was coined haha), he's always a great guest to have because of his variety sense.
