Tom Pence

Matt's out here killing it from the intro

Poizin Miharu

I've been relistening to the first episode because I needed this.

Shallow Rivers

On my way to get pegged by mothman, y’all want anything?

yeow

I was just listening to the Peach Pit for Ep 1. Woo!!

Rargona

Maybe one day the Patreon player will let me into the episode

Annie Almonde

Mfw I was on me third listen of the first episode because I needed it desperately

Cree

bro that intro is wild

Destiny Cooper

YAAS! More dungeons and daddies. Just want the doctor ordered

Rargona

*hacker voice* closed the app out completely five times but I’m in.

Kate+Cats

Omg the intro 👀👀👀

Kazlyn

What time is the live listen usually?

sakurazero10

the intro gave me such a whiplash

J.S.

Beth coming in from the top rope during her INTRO.

Ojakuna

The look me and my cat gave each other at “cats domesticated themselves and maybe so can women” 😭

Smo

Why was that my favorite intro to date 😂

Caleb Jay

The peg please...

Austin Connors

Will we be getting uncut episodes of season 3?

Jacob B.

Oh my god these sodes are BEEFY and THICK

Quantum OFZENTRIX

There's no way this lasts a year, not because its bad they just refuse to follow clues which is the thrust of the season

Johnny Vittorino

im not seeing the uncut for the last couple eps of season 2 or for the first episode of season 3. Did they change the patreon tiers again or have they just not dropped them yet?

Lukeoftheirish

I think they haven’t been dropped yet, I’ve been waiting for them too

Chris Wade

I didn't realize that Kelsey was related to Dark Brandon aka Sleep Joe

Cody Thompson

The "WHY IS EVERYBODY QUIET NOW???" absolutely broke me 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Eiden Wallace

Isn't a 00(100) the worst possible outcome not the best?

Simon Lucas

Thanks to you guys, I jizzed my pants again. 🙄

Simon Lucas

Peg would be great! Thanks! 👍

Josayhey

This episode is hilarious

Tobias McGlothian

IVE BEEN WAITING ON THIS FOR WHATS FELT LIKE YEARS

Noa

This rules so so hard, kinda sad he said they’re only doing 20 episodes of it!!!

Kendall Hale

kind of messed up to call frances “a loser” and “gets bullied all the time” when he literally has the most swag and rizz. a whole school bus of gfs and bfs? cmon!!!

Ethan

Freddie constantly hitting people with “um actually” any time someone says something slightly incorrect about anything gun related is one of the most annoying things about the podcast

TristanMB

Yeah I don’t think they thought that through

InvisHandd

The lore drop in the opening was insane!

Han Kim

Really hoping as this season goes on that every NPC doesn't just sound, talk, and act like Will. I think Will's great and hilarious, but come on man. Let's get some unique npc personalities/voices! Respectfully :)

Schuyler

LETS FUCKING GOOOO

Gmork

Oh no -- they're solving problems creatively and hilariously! No way they could ever look for clues as they get used to the system.

Quantum OFZENTRIX

the more things change the more they stay the same :)

Abby Santiago

The intro reminds me of the auctions and lot 37 from night vale

Matthew Moore

This season is gonna Make me pee my pants laughing isn’t it 😂

Eiden Wallace

From the times I've played CoC the lowest roll possible was 01, 96+ was a fumble, and 00/ 100 was a critical failure. I could totally be wrong plus the daddies aren't known for being super strict about rules but I've always played where 00 is crit fail

ForemostGnat353

is it really Dungeons and Daddies now that there’s no dungeons and no daddys

Taco Dragons

I was worried about Will DMing. This shit is the funniest season yet though. Everyone is on fire. I love it.

Scrufy the janitor

Will with the subtle "your house is my house" since he is gonna sue Tony straight out of his home

Milk Man

I don't think it's possible to ever live down saying "I think she's good at sex" about your mother

Kazlyn

We shall see

Alice Mac

Give the man some time. It's episode 2 🤪

Allegedly Kyle

Possibly the funniest intro they've ever done

Cody Bickel

The "cultists" are what the enemy's are based off of; that's what the cthulu enemy are called "the cult of cthulu"

Sofiathehuman

Oooohhh thank you, i thought it was some kind of accidental lore drop lmao

InvisHandd

I feel like they've been really thriving every time they try something completely different. This has been awesome so far, and they feel completely unfettered trying new things. So excited for the rest of Season 3!

JeboyHidde

This is incredible! I love it! All the characters are amazing and I already feel close to them. I come from a small village, and had a teacher who was actually a bit like matts character:D

Dylan Zeigler

Tony is the best Freddie character

Yadi bo Body

Everyone sounds so relaxed and like they’re having so much fun! I love it! Keep it up everyone, I’m so excited to see where this goes 😆😆

The Overthinker

Really looking for the uncut of this, because I feel like they got deep on the fake trophy plan before Will stopped and asked Matt what he thought was happening.

Billy Burns

I need this every week, can’t wait two weeks for an episode lmao

MuteMouse

I bet my mom is really good at it. Why is everybody quiet now. 😭😭 Anthonyyyyyy

J.K.Migraine

I stg if Trudy is a sleeper agent or a undercover spy I will lose my god damn mind

Han Kim

Oh for sure! Loving the season already!!!

Anna

Lizard Boy Scales McStuffin cameo

Clever Girl

Love the foreshadowing in the intro :)

Shams Osmane

I love how Freddie kept yelling at Francis’ mom to shoot the guy even though he had a gun the whole time!

Vonn Frey

No sanity check from seeing a man burn alive?

withinmyself

I have a bowling trophy from high school that just says, "I tried"

Shallow Rivers

Got so into the character he forgot it’s a one way radio

CaroCaroCaro

WOAH GOOD INTRO THAT WAS DIFFERENT

Jojothejman

Show's ruined. They rolled a 100 and though it was a 0. You can't roll a zero when your numbers are 1-100.

Nestor

"Honestly, I bet she's really good at it" Anthony, honey, you have to stop being so funny, I'm in public

Ranger Bradley

Funniest episode 🤣🤣🤣 Francis having beef with Tony; Matt just beefing with Will about lunch points 🤣🤣

Zac Childs

After hearing Ashley Nicollette in the credits I can only ever hear Freddie's character as Toe Nicollette.

LordSpinffits

the intro to the intro/outro song puts me in mind of Poor Unfortunate Souls great episode!

Abby Normal

Lol I’m glad they fucked up reading the 100 roll because otherwise Francis would have run hard into that car door and died

Crazy Man Games

There could be more just depends on if we get any hilarious 5 footers it can happen and I'm all for it

Matt

Oh yea, that’s much easier on the brain. HEARING someone burn alive

Van Vertigo

Yeah, nah, you can't roll a literal 0 unless you're playing by homebrew/variant rules. The percentile and d10 together can be confusing, but It's 1-100 inclusive, 0 doesn't exist, 1 is the absolute lowest you can get. 00(on the percentile)+0(on the d10) is 100, 00+1 is 001, etc. Happy that they misinterpreted it tbh, losing a character this early would really suck

CM

I'm still reeling from Uwuk-hai

Alice Mac

This series is my favourite so far. Purely because I can hear that the daddies are having fun and that confidence just shines through. I especially noticed it with Matt - he's always been funny, but now he's absolutely hysterical and I feel he's just come into his own so strongly with this and Kingdom Dad Monster ❤️

chris podmore

The door creaking sound effects had me freaking out.

Drake Duce

Is this the first time they have dropped info about the episode in the intro? Don't they usually only use known information? I had to re listen and was flabbergasted

Connor Rooney

I about died when they mention the actors in the movie, died when they mentioned Mickey Rooney

Zero

Hearing Anthony as a player is the most fun thing ever! The movie was a mazing touch! I'm so excited where this goes next!

Marcy Brown

Is anyone else getting stepford warforged wife vibes from Trudy?? Like I get it’s not D&D but I’m feeling like she’s not actually human, with that laboratory-working husband and other smaller things…

Samuel Pearce

Hot take, maybe wrong but I think Trudy is a robot 👀

Kathryn Till

I will never stop loving this but a 00 and a 0 = 100! Anthony roll to dodge the open door would be a roll of 100 so complete fail not a 0! You can only roll 1 to 100 no such thing as a 0 roll. Same way you can't roll a 0 on any dice in DnD. I am not only pointing this out because the payout of Anthony slamming in to a car door 🤣

tolly433

Ok initial reaction to the intro - OMG WTF I LOVE THE LORE DROP AND ALL THE REDACTED STUFF MY MIND IS BLOWN

Halley Riefle

I work out in the woods by myself and when they got to the trophy shop I had to keep taking off my headphones because of all the little noises lmao it made me so paranoid

Samantha Mann

Welp, at least Anthony never has to worry about Freddie getting anywhere with his mom IRL

Yo Ho Ho

Hilarious 😂

Jess Houwen

How many takes did that intro take?

Luna Luna

Will just casually asking the Asian if he remembers Pearl Harbor

Arkole Blake

Not to mention most drive throughs of the time didn’t use radio to broadcast the audio. There were little speaker boxes that you pulled off a pole and hung on the car window. But accuracy in D and Dads has always been akin to the points in ‘who’s line’.

Arkole Blake

Will totally missed the mark with the popcorn bucket. Surely it would have been a pyramid.

mateo P

I start dental school in one week and didnt know that XD

Redsriding

Mickey Rooney as Glenn Close fjdjdjdjdjfjfjfifiddjsj

Codey mcfate

00 is not a good thing, that’s a 100. 01 is the best roll you can have, so when Anthony rolled a 00 in the chase scene he should not have done good at all lol

Phern

Ack! Can’t wait for the next episode!

Paul Te

As a Cthulhu keeper, there's so much of the rules being interpreted... Let's call it... Creatively that it makes it hard to listen sometimes, but I try to remember that it's a comedy podcast first and they're definitely being funny even when they get it wrong.

Drake Duce

Nvm, just relistened to s1:e20 and the reveal the dragon and orb

megisaman

i’m absolutely obsessed with this season already!!!! very very excited to hear how it unfolds

Papa Panda

Loving the new season so far. Great job as keeper Will can't wait too see what u have cooked up for us. Stay creepy 😁

Raccoon_Coded

"It's not a two-way radio" *Proceeds to talk as if it's a two-way radio* 😂

Bradward Jones

Dude yes! I clocked that the second time.

Kathryn Till

Definitely, I'm a DnD DM and as a play I'm always as Druid. Can make some podcast hard to listen to and can make me wince 🤣 I can never not love these guys, never fail to make me laugh!!

Timo Meijer

That intro is fire XD "lightly used heavily damaged" "with the seat belts pre-uninstalled"had me rolin'

LN

Yo, shout out the sound design! It’s really putting me in the scene. I’m the only one awake in my pitch black house, and the creaking door of the trophy shop legit scared me with how real it felt 😂

Az law

I love that Tony is a marine, this season is gonna be hilarious because this mf is gonna reference so much funny stuff from the military and I’m so excited for it

Bwaza

The group reaction to Freddie’s rizz attempt 😂😂😂 “hawwt..hawt tonight”

Richard Trauma

Mickey Rooney playing Glen Close is insane

Lloyd Walls

Dude you guys have got something real special going here. I am dying for the next episode!

StevieT

I fucking loved this ep. The call of kathulu system is gonna work waaay better for you guys I think.

Whitney Scullawl

Hear me out… there is actually one other kid in the town with the name “Tucker Jr.” (why, we don’t know…👀) but when he had Ms. Grammar he asked privately to go by TJ but not tell his parents cause they don’t like it So Kelsey just assumes the TJ she had in class is Trudy’s Tucker Jr. and just assumed she had the next child. She has taught just SOO many children, you know. How could she not have taught her bowling teammate’s kid?

Nicole Hart

I love how unhinged Freddy gets with all his characters!!!

Sarcastic_Sirens

Loved it so much, still dying over it being in Nebraska lol

Crispy

I'm alone at work listening to this, the door squeaking sound effect scared the living shit out of me

Lula Hiigel

This is one of the best episodes in ages! I’m totally hooked. Everybody was on fire this episode 🔥

Teehea

🔥fire intro Freddie

Creekie05

There’s a slight tapping, light rap rapping on the trunks door

Creekie05

Also isn’t 00 mean 100?

Risotto

Ahaha everyone's hilarious 🇮🇹 - especially Anthony and Beth! And I'm in love with the new song!!

Torben Nissen

Wouldnt a double zero roll be 100 instead of a zero?

Elvira

I love the new theme song. You should really post it as a song on its own here on patreon so one could listen to the entire thing!!❤️❤️

Elijah sublett

Mad Max! 3 for 3 bud! talented dude fo sho!

Megan Shively

matt playing a heart throb female teacher in the 50’s is the comedy i didnt know ive been craving

Stevie Bear

Beth had me dieing! Omg she’s played some great characters but this one is a big contender!

FreckinAddisyn

"It was a pleasure to burn" yasss Beth we love a Fahrenheit 451 reference

Hannah Black

Did anyone catch will saying Cultist (in reference to the bad guys)? What if there is a Mothman Cult! So excited for next episode!!

BT Bishop

I keep listening to Tony's ad over and over, this has to be one of my favourite intros you've ever done

Liam Kerr

Hal got a “C” for Concussion and is “C” for Crazy, Matt is for sure has made it to C

Paul Warchuck

I’m loving season 3. Can’t wait to see you live.

Tonberrimo

Just realized, there's four of them, instead of monster masks, they could've been wearing "Fantasy Father" masks!

Elvira

thank you so much for the help!

Millerberry

Congrats! My residency graduation is tomorrow ☺️

mateo P

Omgee! Congratulations 🎉

RangotheWizard

One of my new favorite Anthony lines, “Leave me!” When he’s on the bus. It’s just such a great funny moment and his voice gets me everytime. All of you have such range and I could list my favorite moments from all shows/after shows for days. Thank you all so much for all the hard work and amazing content. I’m hoping next time you go on tour I’m able to make it. I’ve leaned on this show so much and really the generational trauma that gets brought up over the seasons really hit home for me, the way you guys just come out swinging for the fence whether it’s for a joke or something very emotional it just amazes me. Thank you guys so much for the great content!

Heather Mutchler

Beth saying London gets things 5 months later 😶‍🌫️

TJC

"Honestly, I bet she's really good at it." "Why is everybody quiet now?!"

David Resoluth

Beth, in character of course haha 😬 sounds like she’s about to snap at any moment😅

Aindriú Tadhg Ó Súilleabháin

Special extra laugh for all the Irish people hearing Freddie talking about it lucky they've walked in on a Micky scene

mandy

You cant fuck my mom by negging me! Thats not how it works.

Dalian Berger

Era

that intro was INSANE

Meg

Listening to this for the first time and oh my god this intro is giving me the CHILLS

Bearonavirus

Isn't 00 + 0 a 100? I'm referring to the dexterity roll around 1:15:00

Noah Fields

I respectfully disagree. Given the above statement, the only reasonable response would be a firm no.

EllieKatherine

Beth’s lobotomy line did not get enough credit 😂

Skye the Bi

The effects of chlordiazepoxide (Librium) were not discovered until 1957 and it wasn’t marketed until even later. Prior to Librium the most popular sedative/hypnotics were barbiturates such as amobarbital (Amytal), pentobarbital (Nembutal), and secobarbital (Seconal). As dangerous as Librium and Valium are, barbiturates are far worse and carry a high risk of dependence or overdose especially when combined with other CNS depressants such as alcohol.

Skye the Bi

Diazepam (Valium) was patented by Hoffman-La Roche just a few years after Librium and took the US by storm. It became one of the bestselling medications of all time. It remained relevant for decades with over 2 billion tablets sold in 1978 alone.

Khaos Crowe

Late to the point, but as an Italian I approve this episode 🤌

Tannictor

Tony collet was doomed to die on episode one!

IamSparloo

As a draft dodger how does Tony know Morse code ? Is it possible his assassin dads taught him?

Tannictor

Lorazepam is the automatic go for anxiety still today, they hand out adivans like candy in mental health settings for people with anxiety.

Tannictor

And my first time in at a psych ward they gave me thorazine, first gen antipsychotics that zombifies you I wanted something less and they forced it on me because it makes patients docile , once I got out my doctor was concerned with my heart because of the stress of the thorazine for psych andd the adivan for anxiety on my heart. I'm fine now but I was a total zombie of course all I really wanted was the 1 mg adivans instead of the 50 mg hydroxyzine, because it was easier on my heart but the adivan and thorazine conflicted

Tannictor

Now they have me on respiridol daily, hydroxyzine as needed 3 times daily, and trazidone for antidepression/sleep once at night. now the issue is that all three meds have high risk interactions with each other, they tell me to just not take them together, what a head ache

Andrew Worthington

"this is a one way radio" Seconds later.. "Eww girl problems yes go and do your things"

Marissa Y.

The 1-800-Ball bit, even on my third listen, made me laugh so hard that I got dizzy. Also Trudy's comment about feeling seen and heard being unlike her own home 🤣😭

Busiqq

Whole new meaning to Francis’ mom Kimone saying “Trust no one” once you’ve listened to the rest of the season

Mitochondria

Intro is now spookier knowing the ending

nuggets

God this season is peak 😩

James Hines

Come on down to the house i crashed it into is so funny

Sea Hag

God this intro is an all-timer
