Rargona

Hey, gotta shoot your shot

Ali Cat

Well that intro aged like cheese

Nich Richer-Brule

That "maybe they'll be dead" comment might be a little insensitive considering what happened in Pennsylvania.

Grrafe

Listening to this intro knowing it was recorded a while ago has made my day. This is so fucking funny.

Josh Mangan

It's a rowdy show, comrade

Krryptiid

The Chicks (formally The Dixie Chicks) reference was incredible

LilacIris

I'm only 36 minutes in and holy crap I haven't laughed this much in a while

Alessandro Mognoni

As an Italian, I can't believe Matt and Anthony are US citizens. Tony's flashback sounded 100% like an Italian podcast

Fearne Pérez

Genuine tears when Trudy Alpha says they have to save the version of themselves they used to be. It hit so hard, this lineage of selves that have evolved and died to make way for the present, without forgetting the people they had to be to get there. Good shit

liam morin

holy shit in 38 minutes in and this is the funniest shit ive ever heard

Kate+Cats

I'm trying to be brave through this tummy ache but laughing at this episode is making it worse 🙃

Spoiler Let them have the cars? Tony is going through it omg

Caitlyn Russell

Not Beth singing Traveling Soldier, this is the best

Kayden Pierce

Freddie is stealing the show this season, Tony is the main character!! He had me crying with laughter this episode

Jacquelynn Lyon

Laughed so hard I cried during the beginning of the Tony flashback sequence

Joshua Morales

Anyone else get the feeling like this takes place during Fallout 76, has the whole vibe with Mothman/ Communist/ and the whole atmosphere of Fallout or before the bombs dropped.

Nestor

Beth's sudden "Mister" made me wheeze at the bus stop

J.K.Migraine

8 mins in and I already can't wait for the new Peach Pit

Jon

They were talking about the debate

InvisHandd

I love this season so much - they have TRULY cooked

Saucey McBurgerpants

Anyone else wonder what will was snacking on when they did their skill buffs

London Mickens

I loved this episode and the last. I've laughed so hard throughout both. I love this season so much.

mateo P

I drive stick and hearing freddy try to describe it is lowkey painful

SemiOriginalMemeReferance

Love that Trudy is a robot who met Moth Jesus, and Tony was a cat. By the rule of three, either Francis or Kelsey has to be something not fully human

Connor Kelly

HOW DID THEY CALL TRUMP GETTING SHOT “He may be dead”

Gmork

I think they taped before that and were just generally discussing the possibility of the candidate dying.

John

Letting everyone improv Tony's backstory kind of, ruined the story. None of it feels weighty anymore, like anything matters. Because now whenever Tony is involved I have to remember "Oh yeah, every other character has a grounded, interesting background, but Tony is a Cat turned Human with two Nazi supporting Dads and they actually killed the original Tony and" I kinda just, don't care now? If not for Francis being such an amazingly hilarious character, I'd probably abandon this season here.

Septimus White

I am in literal tears at work from laughing. If Tony and Kelsey’s “da war” back and forth conversation went on for even 10 more seconds than it did I think I would have passed out from trying to laugh silently 😭😂😂😂☠️

Almighty fusrodah

Trudy is a robot who also isn’t even the original Trudy, Kelsey is a boxing school teacher that everyone in peachyville old and young knows, Francis is a child that scoops out peoples eyes and now has a gun, there’s a moth Jesus But Tony having a funny backstory is where you draw the line? Bro just stop listening cause wtf is this take😭😭

KeikoPin Cosplay

the difference between tony and the rest is the rest got to choose their backstories, didnt they? tony was the result of an improv runaway train, which sure i laughed with but i agree i … dont care

John

Robot, played as horror, interesting backstory, the usual jokes expected. Nothing unbelievable or absurd about a 50 year old teacher who boxes. Teenager who scooped out a thug's eyes in defence of his friend. Again, played as partial horror. Mothman was originally played as horror, and is slowly being made into a joke. All of this made sense in the realm of a call of Cthulhu campaign. Nothing was too absurd or silly. Sure, as expected things were played in silly ways, that's what's fun about the DnDads crew. Tony's backstory being hijacked and turned into a continually worsening joke, was unfunny. And pulled me out of the episode. Legitimately had to put it on 1.5x just to get through that part. But, the season is now irreparably changed. Maybe it won't ruin the tone, maybe it will. As of now, it's making every scene it's mentioned in, unfunny and without any weight. Like everything is a joke, instead of "We're not taking it too seriously, but it's still a story and things matter."

Bekah Robertson

Wow Freddy really whipped out a stunningly accurate Mainer accent on his young Toni Collette Impression

Almighty fusrodah

The main premise of all this gameplay whether it’s dnd or call of Cthulhu is revolves around improv the fact you laughed means they did exactly what you paid them to do which is entertain you. You wouldn’t go to a comedy show or watch a comedy movie and go “yeah that was a funny joke but what’s the lore behind that joke?🤔” dndaddies for 3 seasons now have improv’d some of the most outlandish shit I’ve ever heard all for the sake of getting a laugh out of them A: themselves cause they need to enjoy what they’re doing too and B: the viewer which they did

Caitlyn

Where can I watch the chained together post? I can’t seem to find it.

Almighty fusrodah

If you can name me 1 person in history who was a 50 year old school teacher, knows EVERYONE in the town they reside, does underground boxing and also deals w the mafia I’ll quit my job rn and give you everything in my bank account. And nothing about Matt’s backstory deals w horror at all in fact its almost equally as absurd as Freddy’s. And there’s nothing absurd about a teenager who’s constantly shown to be a woos now being able to scoop out thugs eyes and handle rifles that his parents gave him all while being psyched about it? It doesn’t matter what mothman started out as cause as you seen it quickly turned into a joke like most things dndaddies do At the end of the day they’re job is to entertain for 3 seasons now and tons of one shot mini episodes/series they’ve done outlandish and absurd shit for the sake of laughs out of themselves and the audience. All of them had a good time during the backstory and majority of the audience laughed too just because you didn’t like it that doesn’t mean the season as a whole is ruined it was a funny rift they played w and then went back to the story same deal with video games you do a couple fun side quests then get back to the main campaign when you’re done you’re reading into it entirely too deep

ReacT Renegade

The fact Matt didn’t say grading papers was how Kelsey had a better spot hidden saddened me

John

You are deeply, deeply misunderstanding my issue. All the other characters are grounded "Enough" in logic, compared to the world that they are from. One where Eldritch creatures exist. Will actually talked about this in the last peach pit, where he wanted Trudy's revelation that she was a robot to be played correctly, and how that scene is important for when a person finds out the world has things beyond their previous understanding of the world. The difference with all the other things that are a bit silly, but believable, is that Tony's backstory is now literally a joke. Just throw in as a joke, during a painfully unfunny improv snowballing down a hill. Sure, it probably brought out a laugh, in the "Ha! That's Really REALLY stupid! That's pretty funny! Oh wait, they're still going, oh wait, wait they're serious. Wait they're making the obviously stupid joke part of the story. Wait they're making the completely stupid, ridiculous joke, meant to be a joke, and they're now making it part of this character forever... Oh. That's kind of, lame."

Jessica Estep

Montly bonus of indeterminate content collection

Ashley Nicollette

Hey folks! Just wanted to hop in here to remind everyone to keep things civil and take a breather if possible. It looks like it's riding the lightning in terms of productiveness and civility. John, thank you for your feedback. mahalo, Ash, community manager

Almighty fusrodah

I see what you’re saying in terms of yeah you won’t take Freddy’s character as serious anymore because of the joke backstory but like I said bro at the end of the day majority of what they do is improv’d and they put comedy above all else cause this is a comedy podcast not meant to be taken serious regardless of who the DM is and what the story is they’ve done it all throughout S1&2 with some of the ridiculous and absurd shit they came up w on the fly in there I expected no less from season 3 just cause Will was taking the DM role it’s still the same cast who say what they say and do what they do for laughs whether it’s for their laughs or our laughs just laugh and move on. There’s tons of other DND podcasts who have serious tones front to back dndaddies def ain’t one of them tho that’s why I’m finding it odd this was your tilting point because of all the crazy shit they did in the past lol

Carmen Sterk

TWICE I laughed so hard I cried listening to this episode while at work! TWICE! This is the stupidest podcast in the world and I love it more than anything <3

John

I liked the previous seasons, and the improv. Didn't always agree with certain decision, but as a whole I enjoyed it. This specifically bothers me, because it seemed too harsh of a tonal shift. Especially when considering how much effort Will put in previous episodes to set up a scary, weighty, dangerous story. The season itself is called "The Peachyville Horror." And Will was pretty good as keeping it framed as that, but now it's kind of Jumped the shark as far as what I can see them apply as canon, and still care at all about what happens in the story. I almost prefer Tony died, because now he's kind of a joke. Even with how Freddy's trying to play his behavior after surviving what he went through, it's just "Yeah but, he's a talking cat turned Human with two Nazi sympathizer dads and" Again, we'll see how it goes. Maybe they'll just sweep it under the rug like they did several other things in the previous seasons, after the joke was no longer funny. Maybe they won't. I will say though, Anthony's roleplay has consistently been the best part of this season so far, and resulted in the biggest laughs and entertainment at how well he's playing.

Kim

I LOVE THIS..!!!!

John

Also just remembered, the Dads even mentioned it in the last Peach Pit. That fans would either think this is the best episode of the season, or the worst thing that's come out of the show. So they probably understand what issues people like me have with it, and what other people like about it. So 🤷🏾‍♂️ we'll see how it goes.

Kait O’Mara

In the intro “maybe they’ll be dead” LOL Trump literally being 2 inches from dead a few days ago. This aged perfectly.

Almighty fusrodah

I agree Will definitely has been crushing the role of DM and I like the main story they’ve laid out so far and interested to see where it goes Also like you said the important scene from last episode Beth and Will crushed so maybe that’s why I don’t have such an issue with the jokey joke tone of this episode cause when it came to the important scenes they handled maturely and let it ride how Will intended I think if they continue it like that like sticking to the main plot when the times calls for it and then having the jokes and rifts on the side like they normally do this season will be great and tbh I don’t think even Freddy has been taking Tony serious since this started😂😂

McKenzie

This was insane omgg I couldnt stop laughing Please we need moree!!!

McKenzie

Come on man, have some fun geez. It was great

McKenzie

Please please please Do not retcon any of tony back story, i beg you.

Jose Alvarez

Just go ahead and stop listening if you’re not enjoying it, real simple solution to a personal problem

FrogTeeth

This table-talk intro aged like a Fine Wine

Nairenu

Beth as Trudy is so captivating and the edits are so tight, oh my God.

Xwelldo

If I had a nickel for every time Freddy played a cat on this pod... I'd have two nickels.

Barf Drinker

This whole episode was literally comedy gold I could not stop laughing

Eli

I mean its not a lot, but its surprising its happened twice

Ralph

Hot take… sorry 😬 Not sure how I feel about this episode. The Trudy stuff was fun. I thoroughly disliked Tony’s backstory. Please don’t make the Italian accent the sticking joke of S3, like piss was for S2. Honestly neither are that funny. I also felt like Tony not dying was absurd and antithetical to the high stakes gameplay in Call of Cthulhu.

Max

WHEN IS MAXTON PUTTING THE SONG ON SPOTIFYYYYY😭😭😭😭

Lea

The real tragedy of this episode is finding out tony is from tuscany /jk

Daisy Terry

Kelsey is so real in the intro bc my friend's funeral happened during my 18th birthday celebrations and it was so upsetting that I had to miss Frozen on the West End 😭😭

William Weigand

This was absolutely the stupidest thing I've ever listened too and I freaking love it

SwoopDoesntKnow

Please tell me we will get an uncut version of this season?

Rambling Rose

I am absolutely entranced by the feral Kelsey and Francis dynamic. Love it to bits, what an arc for Kelsey this ep lol. And honestly? SUCH a good choice after all the chaos and cool guy energy of Tony to have him just start bawling. Excellent move. Pretty sure I cracked a rib laughing at this one

Hashtaggles

Im so goddamn stoked I literally yelled about it earlier.

Grrafe

That's both right and that's a mechanic built into Cthulu in the first place. That being said, usually there's time in between when you see the character again in the normal mechanics, but this is a primarily a comedy podcast so it makes sense to have Tony just stick around the whole time.

Lindsey Priest

I had to stop and start it over 20 mins in 😂

Gnarrrwhal

Wow Tony makes a lot more sense now that I understand his back story

FusRohNahSon

absolutely cannot wait to see ms kelsey lay out a dude

Sheila Yeboah

Only 20 mins in and I can’t stop laughing

Emma Loosky

I frikkin loved, tony loosing it at the end, begging Kelsey to stay with him. 😂😭 What a vibe.

Jared Hadley

We support Moth Jesus! Awesome episode y'all 😁

Hashtaggles

Well as present me I’m here to tell past me. You’re literally not prepared for a single damn thing that happens.

Eli Broide

Banger after banger after banger Kinda wish the team will get together though,

Levi Mock

I love how overly generous Will is to keep Freddie alive in Peachyville Horror, but Will can't catch a break with anyone in Kingdom Dad Monster. But as long as it's all funny, which it always is, it's all good.

Ralph

True on the earlier luck burning comment. I guess I wanted Punished Freddie and to see if Will is going to actually make someone tear up a character sheet 😉

Maximum S Labrador

'Maybe they'll both be dead'.......... I feel this too Beth. Vote for Moth Jesus.

Keith Rodriguez

‘Maybe they’ll both be dead’ Hello, this is the FBI

Aleasha Hintz

I was not expecting the comments to be as divided as they are- I thought this episode was hilarious 💀💀

Wayne Swayze

Oh my fuck, the back n forth between Matt and Freddie in the hospital 🤣🤣

Jedininja 2

"we should cut this" nah it'll be fine Releases the episode four days after an assassination attempt

Joey that Fire Circus Guy

The whole tony improve was perfect unhinged hilarity! It was comedy improv gold hearing Anthony greet their son at every stage lol. I love how unexpected and creative this team is ❤️

Manson Brien

Love the name pun with car and cat car

Richard (Dante) Sanchez

So I stopped smoking about a month ago, And I just Wana know what everyone at Dungeon at Daddy's regrets on quiting on to early.

CopperKnight

Nothing could have prepared me for the Tony deep lore. I love it.

Jason House

With how Tony's backstory ended up, did anyone else expect his cat blood to meld with his car and he transform into an eldritch pussy wagon?

Lane Williams

Beth making a Henry dad fact made my brain have a system reboot out of self preservation… my favorite slept on Beth intro ever. Oh my fucking god

Keith Rodriguez

I used to think Anthony and Freddy were the best duo here but that entire back and forth with Matt and Anthony has to be the funniest thing since the introduction of the whale

SarahD

Right? That didn't end well 😂

Don Kyo

Tony is Freddie's worst character, which if course makes him the funniest character on the show

Matthew null

Wtf was Tony’s backstory? That is the funniest improve I’ve ever heard on this show. This is my favorite season

William69

The sweet night Kelsey and Tony shared when he was 13 and she 35?? Jeepers

LN

When the table talk at the beginning is unhinged I know I’m in for an unhinged episode. Y’ALL DID NOT DISAPPOINT 😂 Tony easily became my favorite character 🐈‍⬛

Katie Starke

“The queen of England owes this former cat a favor” 10/10 no notes

Jesse Ventin

Am I the only person who's constantly reminded of "The Way" by Fastball by the start of the intro song? It seems oddly fitting.

Rob Wes

Kelsey’s bday being around the corner makes all the foreboding 10x spicier.

Arkole Blake

‘Tony’s Cars, Cars Cars, buy a car or get the hell out. ‘ Now that’s a bumper sticker I’d buy.

Stormy Dawn

I don't know if ive ever laughed so hard at an episode, Tony's backstory was SO chaotic and perfect in every way 😂 11/10 episode all around

Speedking Oz

That both dead comment did not age well

Lula Hiigel

While in the throes of a cold, sore throat aching, I decided to listen to the new Dungeons and Daddies. And then I heard Tony Collette’s backstory. It killed me. Tell my family this podcast rules.

Lula Hiigel

I don’t know why, but Will’s DM voice keeps reminding me of Jacob Geller.

Matthew Moore

So… Tony… wasn’t in the war ? But was in the war ? The war in the war ?

Amara Davidson

I haven’t laughed this hard at a podcast in forever

Steve Dekrey

This might be the best episode of anything you all have ever done

Kingzley Sparkman

The thing I love the most about Tony's absolutely insane backstory is that the part that had the most affect on his current life was him not being in the war. So much so that it changed Kelsey's character instantly with the reveal. I hope this is the beginning of this cats redemption arc.

Ashley Knaack

“Like begonias…grown from the cuttings, you see” goes fucking hard dude

SportsCleric

No joke, I’m stealing the life flashing before your eyes mechanic for my Cthulhu campaign. That was fried gold🤣🤣🤣🤣

Thomas Webb

Greatest episode ever 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Tony’s backstory might be the funniest thing ever!

dagny

Anthony was manifesting with that comment about the debate

eatmygerms

As fucking hilarious as the whole Tony debacle was. And don't get me wrong, but I think Tony should've just died

rockL

I had to stop listening and polo my friend who also listens and tell her how good it is at 15 minutes in. I was laughing so hard in very heavy traffic. It might have been dangerous. My cheeks hurt.

Sheila-la-la-la

This was the most unhinged episode and I'm totally here for it. 😂

lauren

Michigan mentioned ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️💪🏼

Breo Padden

I’m aware but it is funny how foreshadowing it sounds

Austin

Of all places, you pick Coldwater 😂 love the Michigan reference

Ed Cook

I love how very little of substance actually happened to progress the story but I have already listened and laughed all the way through twice.

CatTV

Best thing they've ever made? Pretty close lol

AutumnBeFallin

This may have somehow been the dumbest episode yet, I loved every second of it

AutumnBeFallin

Also if this is what happens when they record in the morning I don’t know if I want only ever morning recordings or them to start every recording at 8pm

Everest

… oh gods maybe they should have cut it! (God I love them)

Teehea

Anthony is ON something this episode 😂

Lexi SanDiego

Fuck! I can’t listen to this at work cause I’m laughing too much.

Hana and Theo Tar Technoblade Brouse

Beth we wanna know your thoughts on a Dear Evan Hansen subplot, we're obsessed with the thought of Francis becoming the most popular kid in peachyville because he lied and lied and lied through his teeth

dickaxe

No, I read it wrong at first too lol He's saying that they almost called it, since this was recorded prior. Punctuation changes the meaning of this sentence lol

dickaxe

It makes pretty great dramatic irony. Which being the theater nerds they are, I feel like that's why they would have left it in lol

dickaxe

Sure, if it weren't obvious they were referring to the debate. It's the irony that they almost predicted the unexepected that makes it funny to me. Not the events itself.

Rachel LaPointe

Still might come true .. biden has COVID now

Kat Whatley

Definitely favorite episode of the season so far 😂

Nick Smith

He will probably die very soon with no luck left

Pure Coolguy

I love how every episode so far has been my favorite episode

MoonFossil

absolute fav, only a freddie character could pull off a backstory like that

jhenkle

I have listened to Tony's flash back so many times! It may possibly be my favorite thing you guys have done. I slapa you!

Guy Mongrain

I was really hoping Tony's life would flash before his eyes a second time when he got hit by the semi truck and get another 30 min of flashbacks

Brooke Linke

Tony’s backstory bit may be one of my new favorites. I had to stop listening at work three times because I was crying laughing 😭

Vincent Brown

All the talk of cutting the debate jokes because it’s a month until the ep comes out and it comes out after the events of this weekend - impeccable.

GhostBrod

This was one of the wildest episodes

Rargona

… it was a joke.

Leon Schönberg

Am I the only one, where the episodes get cut off a bit? I never hear the full end bit after the credits, because it stops mid sentence.

Dark11g

This episode is unhinged - no wonder it's so good

withinmyself

Yea, that's a thing. Doesn't do it outside of patreon. Like if you listen using a podcast app with ads. I don't know if everyone experiences this, but I mentioned this awhile back and a couple others confirmed they were experiencing it as well.

Angela Shrader

I NEED A LUIGI AND OTHER ITALIAN DAD SIDE STORY. Ya’ll had me in stitches this entire episode. When Matt said “this will be people’s favorite episode or they’ll hate it” he wasn’t wrong. Ya’ll being a different energy on these AM recordings and I am here for it 😂

withinmyself

"maybe he'll be dead" oof, so too soon that it hadn't even happened yet

Casey Francis Alger

Freddy reciting the bit from Before Sunrise took me back man. Ethan Hawke is my soul dad.

Unkie_Fresh

I think now everyone needs their characters background done this same way, it’s too damn funny 🤣

Aretha Tanklin

That was the best half hour of my life Edit: oh my god it’s still going

Taco Dragons

This might be the funniest fucking anything improvised that's ever happened. Tony Collette is a Legend.

Amalie Petersen

The radio add is giving hardcore Nightvale vibes and I love it

Josh Perry

Listening to this at work. Literally crying during the Toni flashback 🤣🤣

Grizz Lee

Tony had a wild life 😭

withinmyself

The only social media I need is the daddies patreon comment sections and the Helldivers II Steam forum. That pretty much covers the range of emotions I'm willing to endure.

Lizzy French

"Maybe he'll be dead" 💀💀💀 that aged hilariously

ShannyKrik

Iwasabouttotypethat 😅

ShannyKrik

I am laughing so hard in the airport and drawing too much attention 🤣

Phorsi

That intro was amazing. If there is an award for best podcast intro, one is due

ShannyKrik

As SOON as Anthony said I can’t operate on this man!” I knew 🤣 friggin gold

Emma Loosky

Listening to this again because is a banger. The developments with Francis, Trudy’s self discovery, and I’m still in love with the scene between Kelsey and Tony.

King Humble

Anthony: "They might both be dead!" This aged interestingly...

Bongalonga Dong

That origin story sequence was absolutely unhinged and I was giggling like a schoolgirl the entire time. Fantastic.

Kim

I think I have listened to this episode about 6-8 times already ready..!! The start where they make Freddie’s background story are so good..! And I think it’s because you can hear that they are really true friends all of them..? The magic of the backbone of the whole show..! I definitely think so ❤️❤️

William69

Omg I thought he was 28 lmao good to know

Irresponsible_druid

THE QUEEN OF ENGLAND OWES A DEBT TO A FORMER CAT!!! F**king iconic 🤣🤣

the lubricated eldritch rat

horrifying possibility that's now been raised: tony has some cat-human babies roaming the italian countryside

Daisy Terry

Having listened like five times, the best part is that everyone is totally unimpressed when Freddy reveals Dewar but then they're all dying when he actually uses it

Bjørn W Westblad

the season 3 theme song bringing serious True Detective meets From Dusk Till Dawn vibes! What are the influences for the music?

Anthony Meglemre

This episode made me die laughing so bad good way to spend a Saturday morning at work

Patrick Hernandez

Awwe man he should have called the sniper rifle Anastasia

Daisy Terry

I am very afraid to discover that cat turned alcoholic salesman may be my type

Bishibosh44

I am in awe of your improv. The wildest and most fluid yes-anding of all time.

Hobo Stabber

Been interesting listening to this. Especially now that I’ve discovered a musical group known as Alphasix which is a group with some love craft adjacent lore.

Jakob Medlin

I need Max to release Hole in the Stars on Spotify like tomorrow would be nice. Thanks guys… and Beth.

Leo Hall

"They let me drink milk it was okay back than" -Beth 10/10

welcometojen

Listening to this intro right after Biden drops out 😅

SenorBumFace

The War and Dewar at the end made me fully snort laugh. I've forced people to listen to that, and Tony's backstory at the beginning.

hal

Alex S.

Beth: Maybe he'll have dropped out. Maybe everything will be okay. me listening after he dropped out: Everything will be okay Beth.

Halophyte

I've never heard so many Yeses and-ed or nos but-ed in such a short time--it was like the wombo combo of improv

GrönHatt

I gotta say guys. Of all your episodes up until now, this one is the best one. The combo of great improv, comedy and tension in the story. Great job, shit guys!

Z Z

Beth called it, he did drop out

Kyna

Nicole Super

This might be my favourite episode so far 🤜

Hey EtherealSkyDaddy, Apologies for the delayed response - Patreon doesn't notify us of comments when there's tons of activity. People are allowed to their opinion and I *even thanked them for theirs*. We value critical feedback. What I do NOT want to see, however, are personal insults and online fighting. There's plenty of places for that and we don't want that on our Patreon space; especially since it is difficult to moderate given the lack of notifications. EtherealSkyDaddy, due to the personal insults we are considering further moderation actions. If you have any further questions, please email community@dungeonsanddaddies.com. dickaxe

"I don't know what it's like being a parent"- Kelsey, school teacher xD

Shailyn May

Just now listening to this and oh my god Coldwater Michigan is my hometown! I about lost my shit, love you guys!!

Frank Bahen

I can’t believe the beginning of this episode predicted an assassination attempt and the president dropping out of the race 😅😂

withinmyself

I . . Have never seen that movie

Catboy Goblin

Fun fact, the answering machine was invented in 1931

Devan Kranz

Was this the most unhinged intro of all three seasons? Never laughed this hard at the start.

Devon Willingham

The fact this came out 3 days after paper cut made the intro sooo funny. I couldnt tell if they were talking about the debate at first or the ear cut lol

Devon Willingham

I thought Tony wasn’t in the ford edsol I thought he got into a different get away car

Echo Shmecho

[38:32] what the fuck just happened???

David Resoluth

Will’s italian mafioso voice had me in stitches!😂 They were all great, but Will kept it so calm and convincing in character!

ハルナ

I really ship tony and doctor Mann 😂

Jakob Medlin

I may have just missed this conversation within dungeons and Daddys and the after shows but is there a specific reason we don’t have the Maxton song for this season on Spotify?

Will C

Tony’s flashbacks is pure daddies chaos and I love it 😂

WaxyQ16

I have never laughed this hard for a backstory before 😂

Andrew

the other songs werent released until the season is finished

Jesse Barbour

As a smoker, listening to this season is like watching that WW2 tank movie, Fury. Every 30 seconds I'm reminded to light up

ハルナ

I regret this comment 😭

Bearonavirus

I agree they should be doing some more sanity rolls but idk what they're gonna do if/when someone goes insane

Sheriff Teddy

We have dungeons and dragons at home 🤣

Bele

That 25min of tony's life was the funniest thing I have heard in my life

Emma Olson

Wait where can I watch the chains gameplay?

Khaos Crowe

"and I invent the convertible" 😂 😂

Nikki

Glowing green Marbles you say

cronomagnis

I thought they kept saying "mach Jesus" and it was just a being of pure speed or sum shit

BHinds527

This may just be the best piece of media I've witnessed

Marcus Selliken

Freddy Wong saying "I'm not either ... proud or ... not... proud of it!" because he litterally does not know "ashamed", is peak Freddy energy.

Nolan

I happened to be out on the deck trying to hock a loogie (hauk tuah?) right when Tony was telling Kelsey he was “in dewar… you understand?” And I started laughing so hard the loog landed on my chin. Not once but twice

Marissa Y.

The last time I was horribly sick, before I *knew* I was horribly sick, I had imbibed of Substances, and then went to see the Barbie movie. The combination of sick germs + substance made the movie feel like a very surreal fever dream – somehow, the first 40 minutes of this episode recreated that exact feeling while completely sober.

Jonah Schnabel

Maybe they'll both be dead, funny listening now 😭

Kaylin Creason

They revive Tony with a marble and then Blake’s cat is named Marbles? Was that intentional or just a wild coincidence?

sneebo

Bro, I really wish this was a thing they thought of. Like I REALLY wish this was prep. But... unfortunately... my heart is telling me that it was a spur of the moment situation when naming a cat they didn't yet care about lol

Alicia

Beth’s fake screams with Moth Jesus stole the episode for me 😭🤣

oscar clink

This is the most chaotic episode since the season 1 deck of many things. So good

Johnathan

What a zany start

uuuuh Clara

"Moth Jesus" is so fitting and it's so funny to me. Even before Beth calls him that he 1. Appears in front of her to give her faith, 2. Has a side-wound from a non-(Mothman)believer, 3. Gives her fish when she needs food and has nothing, and THEN 4. walks on water Like that is so funny how unintentionally well it fit, really kudos to Beth, she's so funny I love it

uuuuh Clara

It happens to me too, but when I open the app + have the episode screen fully up (I hope you get what I mean), THEN I can hear every last bit. Maybe it has to do with how their auto-play feature works, that's my guess

uuuuh Clara

also just realised your comment is 2 years old oops, hope you already found a way

Marquetta

Tony’s flashback was the funniest thing I’ve heard in a long time!! Made my cry from laughing so hard. Thank you all for this.
