I was also equally surprised that the venue was a literal school in Hamburg, but y'all had a great show! It did feel a little bit like watching a school production, but better, and without the actual middle-school trauma. 10/10, would do again. The show, not the trauma.

Fun story: I was in the front row with my (then) girlfriend at your Dublin show and as we were getting ready she joked out of nowhere "I can't wait for you to propose to me at Dungeons and Daddies hahaha"...not knowing I had planned to propose to her 3 days later 😅 On the way over I asked how she would feel if I proposed at a Dungeons and Daddies live show and she said it would be the coolest thing ever, so I spent a lot of the journey debating whether it was too late to somehow get in touch last minute😂

I remember yall joking in Berlin about Henry thinking CurryWurst is Vegan - well Berlin has many Vegan foodplaces or at least Option (cuz its a hipster city) and the (at least in germany) famous Berlin Chain CURRY 36 has Vegan CurryWurst! So also Anthony can get into the taste next time ;)

I'm so glad you guys liked the Hamburg show xD When I was there I was worried for a bit that you would be disappointed it's "just" a venue in a school. It was such a fun show!! And I can only echo the sentiment of being very grateful that you guys came all the way to Germany ! 🥰 Hope you'll come back at some point. (I hear Cologne is a beautiful city, just putting that out there 👀)

As a Perth Aussie who got to see their show in Hamburg, it was wild to me that all their European tour stops so so shockingly close to each other. London to Germany? 2 hours. In Perth 2 hours gets you to Mandurah or Freo. I hope y'all get a Perth tour!

As far as Australia goes, I live in Cairns, Queensland which is one of the northern most parts of the country and considered rural/ remote, our closest major city is Brisbane, which is about a 20 hour drive away. I have met at LEAST 10 people who listen to D&Dads, completely organically. I'd for sure fly down to one of the major cities for a show!

I know quite a few Aussies in different states who would love to see y'all down here. If you do come to Melbourne, its worth checking out the international comedy festival. It's a month long event that stretches out to venues over the entire city and is just Hella fun.

I was as the Hamburg show as well. Drove up 4 hours from mid western Germany. I am very positive that Cologne or Düsseldorf will be very welcoming for you. Also touring in Germany is hard because Germans are very very reserved and need time to warm up.

As someone who used to do a global convention circuit (as a comic illustrator) I would agree with the sentiment that Aussies show up in droves to see artists/creators from overseas. (Also, I will add, I am sad that Denver likely won't make the cut for a tour stop but I get the logistics of it. You might be able to carve a route out from AZ to NM, up to CO and UT/Salt Lake City, then Reno to Sacramento/the Bay Area. Just sayin'! ;] )

I was really shocked by what Anthony said at 31:24 by bombing in Antwerp? :O I cried laughing the whole show and I've rarely seen a crowd go this wild in Belgium (I've been to quite a lot of shows; often in other countries as well, and I'd say we may be a bit calmer as an audience, maybe?, but that doesn't mean we don't love the show, haha) Maybe I misunderstood and it was more about a specific joke that bombed? I'm so confused 😂😭

About you guys not selling as much in Germany: I will say again that having two shows in northern Germany but none in southern Germany is very unusual to me! Having one in Munich instead would have made a lot of sense since people from Austria and other countries to the south could have come easier. But because the recent big storms none of the trains going up north were reliable so I for one had to take a plane from Austria... I'm still very happy that I did and had a great time! (Just frustrating to see people touring Europe only sticking to the upmost northern and western cities 😳)
