I had an instructor in college who worked for a traveling circus before he was a teacher. His suggestions for learning to juggle was to practice over a bed, or to put down a blanket so that the balls don't bounce/run away when you miss them. As for Freddy's question at 6:35 "How do you keep from throwing the balls out/away from yourself," He would have me juggle facing a wall. That way, when you threw the balls away from yourself, they'd hit the wall and bounce back at you. This forced you to make sure your throws were perfectly vertical.

Check for Discord server outages in your area. If Discord isn't down then you probably need a new invite link. I think they expire after 7 days. You could try deleting the app and redownloading it. (or if you use a browser, clear your cache and log in to the website again). Worst case scenario try again in 7 days

I don't know where to put this, but here we go. This is a dream about Anthony Burch. I'm at Walmart for some reason and I hear his voice then go up to him to introduce myself. And he snaps his fingers and two people come over with a bong and some weed. Then he's like, I'm pretty busy, these guys will take care of you, Oh and I listened to slaughterhouse. (A recent song I recorded) You got talent, kid. And then these people take me into the parking lot, give me a bottle of milk and have me nurse deer in the parking lot. They tell me they're from Best Western and that Best Western will take care of me as long as I take care of these deer. And I look over, and Anthony is just sitting in a lawn chair, smoking weed. And I'm like, what a cool fucking dude.

If it was your typical “step on me” bullshit I might get you but it’s literally just people being surprised by and/or complimenting how strong her arms look. Making it out to be objectifying behavior and trying to assert that it’s not normal to compliment someone (especially when it’s pretty obvious the people making those comments worded them in a way thats friendly, not overly familiar, and gender neutral) is annoying, not to mention a reach.

A juggler here! (actually in circus school, yes that’s a thing! :)) this was really fun to see! Siteswap is indeed the juggling language, but it only refers to the way you can describe a lot of patterns in numbers, not to all the names we use in juggling. short explanation of siteswap: each height of throw gets a number. 1 being straight between the hands and 3 on the level of your three ball cascade. Odd numbers switch hands, evens stay in the same hand (like with the four balls). Then you can write cascade as 333. And for example the ‘W’ as 423) There’s pictures of people juggling in Egyptian pyramids, making its history at least 2000 years old! Throwing two or more balls at the same time is called a multiplex. The sleeping and waking up better thing is also really true! Thanks for a great video! Hope you all keep practicing and we’ll have some epic d and daddies passing performance in the future!

Couple of tips for clubs; spin comes from the wrist, height comes from the arm, so you can have high singles, low doubles, etc (flats/zero-spin are harder than you might expect, though). It's worth working on low (eye-level) doubles, that'll get you control over spin that'll be useful later on. (and better at recovering from a half spin when things go wrong). And this one I tell everyone and I have no idea how many people actually do it, but I'll say it one more time; learn kick-ups, and once you can do them even a little bit, never ever bend over to pick a club up again, always kick it up. You will learn kickups a lot faster that way, and also it's easier on your back(?).

Many of 'em ARE 'step on me' though LMAO Like, don't get me wrong, it's not that I think all comments on Beth being jacked are dodgy - there are plenty just being astonished by how jacked she is, or putting respect on her workout routine. Love to see it. But, there are also plenty of comments about being thirsty for Beth, calling her mommy/daddy, or generally commenting on her muscles in a way which is very implicitly 'I am attracted to this' - and that can be uncomfortable to receive repeatedly as an unsolicited remark on a video where you are one of four people, the video itself is nothing to do with your body, and quite literally the only reason your guns are on display is because that's comfortable sportswear for you. If I were in Beth's shoes, I would find that level of focus on my physical appearance unpleasant. Granted, I'm NOT Beth May so that's only an educated guess, but I think people could err a lot more towards the side of caution.

Freddie - keep your fingers curled to keep the throw traveling up rather than put. Also, people will naturally shift their whole arm forward to "get out of the way" of the ball they are trying to catch. Repeated... you move forward.
