On my 3rd go through of this season i think there is a continuity error with Darryl having his phone. He had given it to the Lance the episode before. I don't remember hearing him getting it back from him.

Well actually, during the intro for episode 4 The Lord of Chaos Part II Darryl canonically establishes that he has a second backup phone during a voicemail to Carol. That said, it is interesting that Henry ends up being the unsung hero because the original prophecy is that the Lord of Chaos kills the unsung hero to summon the Doodler, but during the season finale Anthony changes it to "draws the blood of the unsung hero". So either way, it's Henry someway somehow. Also, I'm convinced the bleeding elf is what Scam Likely first appeared as and started casing the dads as marks lol.

Fan theory: the bleeding elf was actually scam likely in disguise (very similar voices) and was scamming people for free stuff. This would also explain how scam had the dad's number (could have snuck the phone while they were distracted and then given it back)

I love knowing this on relistening because you can feel Anthony's frustration. Lol, he's obviously pushing them that direction and then Darryl just walks towards the fuck pit then pushes Henry into it.

Patreon needs to add something where you can censor spoilers in the comments. This is maybe my third or fourth relisten, I feel like I've found new things every time. - As someone who has NO IDEA what the size of a three ring circus is, the introduction of that description is still lost on me - Anthony referring to the twins as "the same child, twice" is such a cute, tiny tie-in with season 2. - Now that I know what the sheriff's name is, I now imagine all the guards as the cast of Angel 😂 - Ron's specific brand of toxic masculinity is so genuine and awful, having it in context of his upbringing is SO good, though. - This gets a little lost in the audio, but Darryl blurting "You're beautiful!" when Boreanaz asks their intentions got me good. 10/10 episode
