The dads ascend a dark obsidian tower teeming with traps and environmental storytelling cues to stop Terry Jr. from opening a rift into the astral plane. Darryl reminisces about football, Henry reminisces about 90s computer games, Glenn reminisces about ultimate frisbee, and Ron steps up.

Sometimes a boy just wants to see a corpse.

Caden Stovall

We love to see the New Mexican representation. Thank you. From a New Mexican

Caz Flip Smith

how did the vamp find/get Terry Sr.'s body?

Evan Cordero

Interesting. Freddy mentions storming Area 51 on September 20th and here I am listening to this episode 4 years after that happened on September 20th

welcometojen

Apologies to Geddy Lee 💀💀

Fricken Penny

Probably from looking through Terry’s memories.

EB

Missed opportunity to have the evil Rons all say who’s your daddy now? 😂😂😂

Playing Like a Dragon: infinite wealth and as soon as the daddies enter the game room dungeon I got to a place in chapter 5 which is basically the same thing and makes fun of game dungeons so I'm running this Yakuza dungeon while listening to daddies vamp dungeon. . . I'm also eating a sandwich. Life is good tonight!

ISwearImNotAnElk

"I wish the sunrise got cancelled now." Hmmm

Ranger Bradley

Knowing now that the man in the purple robe was Willie, and what he did to Ron and how he responds to Ron after Ron tells the story about his dad it hurts so much worse than I expected it to and more than it did the first time. I feel Henry's rage tenfold more now, this time as well.

Lauren

Cheesoid hits different on the third listen though

Roxane Dery

Speaking French listening to this is soooo fun

Joey that Fire Circus Guy

This episode really hit great at the end ❤️ I was genuinely sad when the purple stole Terry Jr away..I felt Henry's rage 🔥

Robert Kitchen

Henry oak: my favorite tv show is the sun. Matt: I hope it gets cancelled. (Anthony scribbles down season 2 notes)

Cain Morgan

I turned off the podcast when they told me not too and I had to listen to the last 13 episodes again

Andy Brunstein

Spoilers for later episodes but no they couldn't

Bearonavirus

Perception check= you can look at a where's Waldo all day (a success means you find him) A failed perception check means you have to investigate for Waldo At least that's to me

Bear

i wish ron was my dad

Ryley Henry

I feel bad for how hard Freddie probably had to work on that Rush song. 😅

ShannyKrik

😱😯😯😯😯😱😱😱

ShannyKrik

Yeah he was extra mean more than when the others kids were taken. Just so friggin on point

ShannyKrik

This intro is awesome

Jasper Warren

Everyone talks about the outro but it’s really the intros for me

Alex S.

I'm half on Anthony's side about cheesezoid - I hadn't seen it until a couple years ago when i listed to this episode. I don't really find it funny, but when i think about it I remember Anthony's exasperation and that makes me laugh.

Ryan Frederick

i've never felt so seen as when this episode came out and i already knew the cheesoid sketch before they referenced it

Adam J Kodzis

I’m unhappy the spoiler was not warned. Please give other listeners the benefit of the same listening experience. Have a good one.

Ranger Bradley

I apologize for the spoiler, but the episode did come out over 5 years ago. Going further I would suggest not reading through the comments on their old videos because they are filled with people on the 2nd or more relisten and have lots of spoilers for a first time listener.

Adam J Kodzis

You’re right, it came out a while ago. I do wish I found it sooner, but better late than never. Thank you for your response and advice, mate.

Marissa Y.

On my billionth relisten, Glenn's behavior hits different during this arc. 😔

ImJust_Dante

Got hit with snow storm but we back, Imma have to clutch up

Bwibs

Gotta love a Mitchell and Webb reference 🤣 relistening to this while sick is curing me of my illnesses

Xwelldo

"I just wanna look!"

O

Wow, like zero comments on this episode other then the one above this one
