I never got a comment or conversation from my parents when they found porn on my computer. Instead they just deleted it, and then blocked porn sites access from my computer. Eventually I learned it didn’t affect the safe search filter on google, so I just had to get off to thumbnails.

From Monte Cooks Games there is a Cypher System table top rpg game called, Predation, and in this game each character has a small dinosaur companion. And each Player Character has two character sheets; one that is dedicated to their character and the other is the character sheet of another PCs dino companion. This way the DM isn't stuck with role playing a bunch of companions. You could do something like this for the dads and kids. Where each dad has to role play as another dad's son.
