This is tangential, but it’s kind of a fun fact. Powerade is a Coca-Cola product. Gatorade was made at The University Florida, where my brother went to school. They sell only Pepsi products on campus. I went to Florida State University, we’re rivals with UF and a Coco-Cola school. You can get Powerade in the vending machines on campus, but no Gatorade because fuck the Gators. It feels a little silly to share this but Freddie saying Powerade was a Pepsi product just reminded me of all these small things from school.
