I don't think it's too much to go out of the way to make sure people understand what they're listening to. Sure, were all adults listening to an adult podcast. That doesn't mean that some of us might be broken or sensitive to certain topics and if that's the case, that also doesn't mean that we should avoid everything that is labeled as adult content. These particular topics don't affect me personally but I have no problem having a 10 sec disclaimer if it helps even just one fan navigate their day-to-day life just a little better.

They know what's best is to not get canceled. That's why they put the disclaimer. That's also why they constantly make jokes to point out many of their harmless one-offs as "appropriative" or whatever, so anyone hyper sensitive can't really accuse them of being racist or sexist or any other -ist that existsists. But yea it's their show, I enjoy them nonetheless so I usually keep this kind of rant to myself
