Hey I'm new to discord and don't really know how to use it I've made my account how do I fallow yall on there?

There should be an overview on how to set things up in this post "Need to join the Discord". Follow those initial steps and then what I found helpful when I joined was just searching my inbox for "patreon discord" or "Discord Dungeons" and there should be a link right to it. The e-mail would of gone out likely same day you first joined patreon.
