Ok this doesn't matter at all but the rules specifically mention that if an opposed roll is a tie the status quo is maintained, so Scary should have remained not sitting in the chair. Obviously she was gonna sit down on it eventually and it just would have made the episode worse to drag it out, and this show has had way bigger rules breaks that haven't bothered me, but that's where my brain's at.
