We're hosting a watch party this weekend over in Discord! We'll be watching Matt and Freddie's new film together on Sunday, August 13th at 4pm PT. Check out the synopsis below and see you there!

A struggling beekeeper is forced to team up with an emotionally raw EMT on a roadtrip to retrieve her bees (and his car) after their stuff is suddenly teleported across the country by a massive alien tentacle that looms over Earth.

Need help joining Discord? Look at this guide and send us a message if you need assistance since it can be tricky to get working.

Jason G. Rheins

Is it a full length feature or is it a short film? Does anyone know the approximate running time of the film? (Asking because of a conflictI from 4-7 PT, but if it's a short film I can go to that a little later. I figure some people might be in a similar situation.)

Hank Hogan

This might be answered in an earlier comment - if we are not able to join when is the next chance to watch this new film?

Talia B.E.

Please tell me you'll do another one of these or there will be another place to watch it? I have a conflict then :(

Well camping got cancelled which sucks but in this case is kind of awesome! My problem is how does one watch something in discord?? I thought it was just text and talk….

PotatoBeb77

Is there any chance to have another viewing at a later time for those of us who happen to be working during this time?

Dragons Hide Games

Damn, I was hoping to get to watch this before DnD tonight but then I realized it's Pacific Time...

Aaron Bussell

They can stream video in there. There is already a "Movie Watch Party Stage". They should tag everyone too. For those looking it should be at the bottom of the regular DnDads chats

James Edward Antley IV

I'm weirdly not able to see any other channels in the main server...

Ashley Nicollette

Make sure you agree to the code of conduct in the #start-here channel! You won't be able to see the rest of the server until you do that.

Ashley Nicollette

Maybe in the future but nothing solid right now. We've got to get through the festival submissions first.

Patrick

Retroactively: This was great! So glad I tuned in.

Kelsie Sweetman

Where can we watch it? I can’t find it anywhere!

Ashley Nicollette

We're only showing this one live during the event! Sorry you missed it. It will be coming out later down the road, but first we've got to take it on the festival circuit.

Kelsie Sweetman

Ah fair enough! Awesome job guys, I'm looking forward to watching when it's officially out!

WickedChild95

Legit best movie I've seen this year; I'm psyched to re-watch this when it comes out

Benjamin Rosenberger

That was super cute. I missed the first bit, only came in right before they lost the bees. Thoroughly enjoyed watching it in the tub last night lol.

Sam Marie Wheeler

My husband and I were so impressed with this movie! We've seen a lot this year, and this was def. up there. It was a great time, great story. Seeing Beth was also a hilarious surprise 😂.

Levi Gillikin

Shit I saw the VOD archive afterward and I thought I’d get a chance to watch after work 😢 But looking forward to supporting the film as soon as I’m able
