Hi guys, a bit of a double post; first of all, for those who have missed my Kairos post on Royal Road, I'll be taking the third ebook, War of the Pantheon, earlier than expected from Patreon as per KU guidelines; namely on August 5. Premium firepower: an Earth immunity and powerful gemstone-related attacks in a single package! 

Hoarding Buff: the more money a Gemstone Clam accumulates, the stronger it gets!

2) Mimic Booty (Slime/Aquatic)

Half trap, half booty, 100% percent mimic, the Mimic Booty is the perfect weapon against thieves: they will be so busy fighting for her attention that she'll keep all the loot! Having realized that wealth comes from people, the Mimic Booty will improve morale to charmingly conquer the market!

Mobility package: thanks to its new leg assets (and tentacles), the Mimic Booty can quickly move around the battlefield to assist customers!

HR Buff Management: thanks to her Human Relationship training, the Mimic Booty will help motivating allies with beneficial effects!

Ailment Corporate Sabotage: whether by drawing aggro with Berserk or distracting with Madness, the Booty Mimic knows how to crowd-control the competition!

Difficult choice. Prefer the first option from a squad perspective. But chose the second one since that gives her more independence to tackle her the myriad business oppertunitys she will likely find on the way. I like how she has her own thing going on besides being just another monster in the party.

Forst choice for the group, but I see her as far more personable. The community and business side she's been characterized with fit the second option better.

While my main reason for choosing the first option is a personal dislike of innuendo, I also really like how the first option has a good defense focus, which is something this group doesn't really have in any way yet, despite the myriad members in it. We just saw how powerful strong defense can be with good tactics. Being able to instantly protect allies on the battlefield, while they could still potentially contribute with long-ranged attacks, will be really nice. It'll also just give more interesting options for fight choreography, I feel. It also still fits with her enjoyment of economics, with the power boost from money, and I don't think losing a humanoid form will hurt any deals with monsters, or people who have gotten used to dealing with them. Besides, you can't make money if you're dead.

She'll girl will be able to run her business better with option 2 and she can learn management skills being a buff/debut machine. Plus with her new mimic form she may develop a subspace storage to protect the teams items

Yeah, Shellgirl brings a fair amount to the combat table but that's neither her job nor her desire, while added mobility and manipulative effects are fully in-line with her chosen career path.

If you're looking to min/max combat the first one is better, that's not all I want out of this story though. Shellgirl has her own goals that I feel align much better with the mimic booty and I imagine that's why people are voting for it.
