FINALLY. I know, this video has been a long time coming. We took a month long freeflight trip and my goal was to get Zip and Jinx flocking together in the sky... here's what happened.

If I keep watching these videos I’m gonna end up getting another BTM to fly with Moxie…

I’ve heard she’s an incredible flyer! Seen a little of her flying on Instagram. Hopefully on a trip soon! Moxie gets bored flying alone around here and will pick fights with the local birds just for fun. 🤦‍♂️ And Jellybean can’t keep up,

Meg Geddes

I could watch these all days.

Her Freeflight video from October is still being edited so I’ll have to share it early with you when it’s done.

Yes Capri was a star, she's growing up to be a very pretty little lady. Oh, yeah the rest of the video was enjoyable

I'm probably out of the loop a bit, but I was immediately super proud of Capri for handling the macaws! I know that was a big deal for a long time, where she just wasn't comfortable with the bigger birds. <3

When she was little, she would hold Jinx but as she's gotten to know him she doesn't trust him much anymore. We can put him on almost anyone in a training situation (we've used him for photos on people and such) but on her own she isn't confident interacting with him which I get. He's a pretty advanced handler type of bird! But she adores Tusa and has really established a good relationship with him. She still isn't comfortable getting him in and out of a cage/aviary but once he's out, she's good.

I laughed so hard when just before you talked about having an epic flight with Zip, you said, "and a lot of it was just us winging it..." 😂 😂😂

So much fun to see! I loved working with Tusa outside. It was such a dream come true for me. Even the day Bondi only wanted to retrieve rocks from the ground for me was fun. I get so much joy from my memories of that week!!

Robin Marlin

I loved everything about this video! Watching you and Capri working with the birds, the exchanges between your birds, you sharing your proud mom moment, and Capri loving on Tusa were all special for me. 🥰

Jinx preening Zip at the end 🥰 🫠 I know people think all BTMs look the same, but since they don’t 😊, I’ve been trying to find one similar to my little Paisley as an adult. Zip is definitely it! Same face and expressions ❤️
