When were you looking for the vet referral?

Sula Paitaris

Thank you for the updates ! Also, everything, and I mean everything starts from within. The more we care for ourselves (focus quality, not quantity)… the more we can show up for others … including our animals . Big hugs. You guys are awesome

We are collecting the info now and setting it aside so that when we have a digital copy ready to go, we can reach out then.

Yes I want to hear about your health/fitness journey!

Meg Geddes

Opps well I had a long response and somehow I lost it. But I enjoy your updates, on any subject, and keep them coming.

I’m thinking about doing a 75 hard but with travel plans it’s got me anxious how to make it happen. Ag!

Would love your lemon smoothie recipe!

It would be awesome to have reviews from veterinarians in your new recipe book. Regarding human feeding system ✌🏼, I think it's very important to be eating with intention. Just like how we feed our birds. The ratio is important too. Me personally, I cannot focus when I feel hungry . And I get hungry more easily , when I have been having high carb meal (ie fried rice for lunch/dinner. But it's fine for me to have fried rice for bfast, sometimes it will last until lunch time. And if I feel hungry before breakfast, then I will add two sunny eggs to my fried rice). Vegies are very important as well for the vitamins, mineral and the other ingredients in it , and they are very filing. But I am not a vegetarian . ✌🏼

Thank you so much for the updates!! I have two questions: If I have already purchased the Diet Conversion, will the Tiny Bird addition automatically become a part of what I have? Also, I have the cookbooks, will I need to purchase the new cookbook?

Part 2: I am excited about my new possibilities. There is a bird rescue in my are (Lancaster, Pa.) I am hoping to become one of their volunteers and get more hands on experience with larger birds. I dream of teaching birds and becoming part of the mission to rescue parrots.

Traveling makes it so tricky! Especially doing the outside portion, but it is within reason. There have been times we don’t feel safe enough in an area at that time of day to take a walk outside so it’s a double indoor workout or something or maybe a walk around the airport for 45 mins during a layover!

Hey Robin! Great questions, my plan is for the tiny diet conversion to just be added automatically to the main one so if you have it already, you’ll get this one too! Kind of like how I added the lovebird addition to the budgie course 💛 The cookbook we haven’t decided yet, but I think the Rocko and Morgan tiers will be getting it free with their membership! Since that’s how it is now.

I can't wait! I would love to be part of the BirdTricks team in some capacity. (Another piece of my dreams.) 🥰

The adjustable perch in the backpack will be amazing! One problem with the Celleti -and I have many problems with it- is the lack of adjustability.

Can't wait to hang in Fort Worth!! :)
