Glad you’re feeling better. Hope the rest of the vertigo goes away soon. I get really bad vertigo with nausea when I do any work upside down (plumbing under the sink being the big one). On a weight loss journey as well. I had a habit of continuously going to the fridge and “foraging” without really being hungry. I’ve mostly successfully trained myself to “forage” for seltzer water. I buy different kinds for variety and they’re zero calories. Seems to have satisfied my brain’s need to grab things in the fridge out of habit. Love to hear your updates. Thanks for sharing. ❤️

Do not pay attention to this comment. It is just a REENACTMENT. :P Glad you are feeling better

Glad you are feeling better, and the weight loss is going great! Staying active makes a big difference. I'm 72, and arthritic, but am still getting my walks in. Appreciate the update!

Yay! I am so glad you liked it! Basically, the only sunscreen containing zinc is that super pasty white stuff. I use sunscreen from Kopari a lot, and sometimes we just buy it on the road as well when we can't take it with us and we just don't use the zinc one (it's hard to distribute on your skin as well) but if you just check the ingredients you will see if yours contains zinc oxide.

Thank you!!!! And yes feel better🤞🏼

Thanks for the update! Slow and steady definitely wins the race. Do you mind sharing what the “astronaut food” is? I tend to wake up around 2am and for whatever reason think I’m hungry.

I LOVED every single REENACTMENT on this video! On vacation, we walked for hours every day, because that’s just how life is in Europe, but then sitting on planes or trains for 6-10 hours at a time wasn’t a good counterbalance. And now that my youngest kiddo is 16, I am definitely the shortest one in the family! They still know not to mess with mama, though. 😉
