My African Grey sort of washes his SFS off his beak in his water bowl, I think that definitely makes the bowl slimy more quickly, I think water that gets dirty goes rancid more quickly, it is funny because before looking up what was that slimy residue in my pets water bowls I did not know water can go bad, apparently it can take just few hours for standing water to go bad. Washing the dishes every water change is really important, if you can have few water bowls to wash in the dishwasher while one is in use that is even better. We change our bowls twice a day and it seems to work! In case I see that my bird has bathed in his bowl- or there’s food in it, washing the bowl and changing the water again is a good idea.

I'm catching up on some videos and I just wanted to let y'all know that you must have some sort of auto stability on your camera (phone?) because the amount of jostling was VERY little compared to what it should've been! Thanks so much for the great answers. We appreciate the time you guys make for us.
