Concussion Update + Answer to Your Question (Patreon)

Hey patrons!

I got this question on a recent video post and wanted to share the answer in video form because typing REALLLLY hurts my head at the moment and screen time is a major trigger so filming is actually easier (aside from some general headache/train of thought stuff going on). 

I hope you find value in this video and stay tuned for the end of the month when our Q&A video will be coming out with both Dave and myself. I am hoping in March I will be feeling better enough to go back to doing live chats but at this point in time, staring at a screen is not in the cards for me. 

Huge shoutout to my entire team here at BirdTricks, my family's incredible patience dealing with me and all my editors who are working so tirelessly to keep content going out while I struggle not helping while healing... I appreciate each and every one of you, it takes a village. And for all of you patrons who choose to still stay here and remind me it's okay to rest. Your words have been giving me strength and purpose. I can't wait to be back to normal, whenever that will be.
