need to make a small poll, so I get an idea of what you guys usually look for. Between these variants what would you choose first option?

like I need to make things fair for both tier 2 and tier 3, like I can't put all the good stuff only on tier 3 and maybe leave tier 2 empty handed OR viceversa, so yeah I'd like to get a general idea between these 3 options since they're quite common here
