Fully Charged Oilman (Patreon)

DO NOT EDIT MY ART IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORMHere's my version of Oilman if he'd be in Megaman Fully Charged. He would classified as somewhat of a "skater dude" and worked as a car mechanic/maintenance worker.Usually before battle, he'd pull down his scarf to show his smirk. I decided to compromise and stick with his non racist look from the Archie comics but also changed his lips to be smaller and a lighter shade of blue to show some contrast to his dark navy blue skin. His socket wrench acts like a boomerang to knock enemies off their feet. He can switch between his oil shooter in which he can either slide on it with or without his snowboard and his paintball gun which can be used to briefly blind his enemies and act as another projectile in general.
