Discord Age-Restricted Access Notice (Patreon)

A quick notice for patrons who enter or who are on our official Discord server...

Discord is currently rolling out changes to its age-verification and age-group system again. Because our server is age-restricted due to the nature and content of our studio, you may receive the following message upon entering the server:

“Sorry, you're not old enough to view this age-restricted channel. You need to be 18 or older in order to view age-restricted channels on Discord. View our help article on age verification.”

This does not affect your Patreon membership, billing, or status. It is also not something that can be fixed from our side or through Patreon, as the age restriction is handled entirely by Discord. Members of our team, including moderators, have also encountered this issue during the recent rollout. Due to this, Discord verification in-server may take longer than usual. We are unable to override Discord’s age restrictions from our side.

Discord Status Update

Update as of Sep 23, 6:30PM PST- Some of you may be seeing mismatched experiences across devices - for example, appearing as “unconfirmed” on an older app version, or being unable to access age-restricted servers on certain mobile devices. Updating your mobile app to the latest version normally fixes this, but we've also identified a bug blocking it. - Our team is actively working on a fix. Follow along for updates here: https://discordstatus.com/

If your access is working normally, no action is needed. This notice is only for patrons who encounter the age-restriction message when entering the server or accessing the server channels.
