“This world has no need of humanity.”

As Sukuna’s decree resounded across the heavens, the Crowns of the Seven Deadly Sins tore through space. Their forms melted and reassembled, becoming seven colossal blades suspended above the world—the Seven Swords of Sin, forged to pass judgment upon human civilization.

“The pages of the old world are filled with indictments. Let the flames of the King of Curses reduce every falsehood to ash.”

“Let the fallen banners of old humanity become their foundation, and the embers of the earth their edge.”

“Let the seven crowns become the scales of judgment. Let four thousand years of civilization be laid beneath the executioner’s blade.”

“Where these swords fall lies the epitaph humanity wrote with its own hands.”

“Final Judgment—Genesis of Curses!”

Waves of cursed energy erupted from the Seven Swords of Sin.

The world was already scarred beyond recognition. Under the judgment of the seven sins, what remained of it descended into a living hell.

Satoru Gojo raised his eyes toward Sukuna’s colossal Beast form. After a moment, he turned away and began walking toward the countless cursed spirits overrunning the ruins.

“Where are you going?”

Shoko Ieiri stared at his back, unable to understand what he intended to accomplish.

“Sukuna has his battle, and Ragnar has his.”

Gojo glanced over his shoulder.

“I have mine too. Exorcising curses is our responsibility as jujutsu sorcerers, isn’t it?”

“But…”

“There is no room for ‘but’ anymore. As long as curses exist, we destroy them. Humanity’s story hasn’t ended yet.”

Shoko fell silent.

“Shoko, open your eyes.”

Gojo gestured toward the devastated city below.

“There are still jujutsu sorcerers down there who haven’t given up.”

Among the ruins, surrounded by an endless sea of cursed spirits, the surviving sorcerers continued their resistance.

Suguru Geto, Yuta Okkotsu, Rika Orimoto, Megumi Fushiguro, Hana Kurusu, Nobara Kugisaki, Maki Zenin, Panda, Toge Inumaki, Hiromi Higuruma—and many others whose names would never be recorded—fought across the burning earth.

They knew victory was almost impossible.

Even so, none of them lowered their weapons.

“I should get going,” Gojo said. “The strongest jujutsu sorcerer can’t afford to miss the final battle.”

He gave Shoko the same fearless smile he had always worn.

“Honestly… you’re making it sound as if I’m the only one who gave up.”

“Everyone dies eventually. If the end is already here, I’d rather meet it on my feet than wait for it to find me.”

Shoko released a weary sigh.

“Fine. Take me with you.”

Space distorted around them.

In the next instant, Gojo and Shoko appeared at the foremost edge of the cursed-spirit horde.

“Satoru!”

Geto turned toward him, a smile forming despite the blood covering his face.

“What took you so long? Everyone’s been waiting.”

“Sorry. We’re here now.”

Purple light gathered between Gojo’s fingers, compressing into a sphere of violently conflicting forces.

“Hollow Technique: Purple.”

He extended his hand.

The purple mass tore across the battlefield, erasing everything in its path and carving a vast corridor through the cursed-spirit tide.

Gojo stepped into the opening without hesitation.

“Let’s meet again in hell.”

——————

High above the ruined city, Ragnar Kagenou coughed up several mouthfuls of blood.

The golden armor covering his body had shattered in numerous places. Fragments of it drifted around him like fading sparks.

Yet when he looked down and saw the surviving sorcerers continuing to fight at the end of the world, a faint smile appeared on his face.

“You people truly do not know when to remain still. Even at the end of the world, you insist on causing trouble.”

Gojo heard him.

He crushed a cursed spirit beneath Infinity before shouting toward the heavens.

“Save the commentary! I’m the strongest jujutsu sorcerer. If I’m going to die here, I’ll at least tear a piece off Sukuna first!”

Ragnar stared at him for a moment.

Then he threw back his head and laughed.

“Splendid! Such conviction is worthy of recognition!”

Geto’s expression darkened.

“There he goes playing king again. Did you really have to encourage him?”

Gojo ripped apart another curse with Blue.

“What’s wrong with that? I’ve wanted to knock that attitude out of him for years. He never fights seriously, and every other sentence out of his mouth is a royal decree.”

He grinned.

“If this is the end, I might as well say it.”

Shoko rubbed her forehead.

“Two insufferable egomaniacs. Of all the people in the world, I had to spend its final moments with the two of you.”

Rules, titles, expectations—none of them mattered anymore.

Gojo discarded them all.

He opened his arms as the cursed spirits surged toward him.

“Throughout heaven and earth, I alone am the honored one.”

Then he plunged into the horde alone.

Cursed spirits vanished by the hundreds wherever he passed. Red and Blue tore across the battlefield, while Infinity reduced every counterattack to nothing.

Ragnar watched him for only a moment before reaching into the Gate of Babylon.

From its golden depths emerged an enormous sword-shaped staff.

The Staff of Selection.

“I have no desire to argue with you,” Ragnar declared. “But even if all of you fall today, I shall descend into hell and drag you back myself.”

“Absolutely not!” Gojo shouted. “If I die, let me rest. Spending eternity as a curse sounds exhausting.”

The corner of Ragnar’s mouth twitched.

Once more, twilight descended upon the world.

Ragnar raised the Staff of Selection toward the darkened heavens.

“Anti-Apocalypse. Anti-Enforcement Defense—deploy.”

The staff began to shine.

“The foreign land. The end of time—yet the sword remains in his hand.”

All light vanished from the world.

A heartbeat later, countless stars rose from the earth.

They drifted upward through the ruins, gentle and warm, carrying a radiance entirely unlike cursed energy.

“The starlight…”

Shoko raised her hand as several motes entered her body. The exhaustion weighing upon her began to recede.

Geto closed his eyes and examined the unfamiliar power.

“This must be Ragnar’s doing. No jujutsu sorcerer could produce something like this.”

Ragnar’s voice continued to echo through the heavens.

“Unbroken stand the walls, and cheers resound across the distant horizon.”

Golden light illuminated the sky.

A magnificent city formed from the gathering stars and descended upon the ruined world.

Towers of white stone rose beneath a violet twilight. Radiant walls extended toward the horizon, surrounding every surviving human.

It was the Fairy Capital.

Camelot.

“Carve forth a victory unyielding and absolute.”

Ragnar brought the Staff of Selection down.

“Round of Avalon!”

Four golden diamond-shaped plates appeared around every surviving human across the world.

The plates rotated and joined together, forming the strongest protection humanity had ever witnessed.

At that same moment, the Seven Swords of Sin fell.

The Final Judgment should have erased the last remnants of humanity.

Instead, the apocalyptic torrent collided with the golden shields.

The earth trembled. The heavens split. Waves of destructive cursed energy swept across every continent.

Yet the shields did not break.

When the light faded, every person protected by Round of Avalon remained unharmed.

“I’m… alive?”

Gojo looked at the thin golden plates floating before him.

For the first time in years, his Six Eyes had told him with absolute certainty that death was unavoidable.

Yet this seemingly fragile defense had stopped an attack meant to exterminate what remained of humanity.

Ragnar stood beneath the fading light of the Seven Swords.

“You wish to die?”

His crimson eyes shone with regal authority.

“Without my permission, not one of you is allowed to fall.”

It was not over.

Ragnar intended to release every Noble Phantasm available to him and layer every protection, blessing, and enhancement upon humanity.

The moment he opened the Gate of Babylon completely, numerous Noble Phantasms began releasing their True Names of their own accord.

A soft feminine voice drifted across the world.

“Distant paradise, hope laid open—accept this gift of fragrance.”

Flowers burst from the devastated earth.

They spread across shattered streets, ruined plains, and scorched battlefields. In a matter of seconds, the broken land disappeared beneath an endless sea of blossoms.

High above the world, a pure-white Tower at the End appeared.

At its summit stood a pale figure, silently watching over humanity.

“Take root and journey onward.”

The woman’s voice carried a gentle laugh.

“Winds of Avalon!”

A warm breeze swept across the battlefield.

Wherever it passed, wounds began to close. Exhausted bodies regained their strength, and depleted reserves of cursed energy steadily recovered.

Then a second Tower at the End appeared beside the first.

A different incantation resounded through the heavens.

“This is the primordial sky, without wall, castle, or kingdom.”

“The first star, shining in the deepest reaches of the earth.”

“Bear witness to the form of the soul.”

Flowers spiraled into the sky as sunlight broke through the black clouds.

“Garden of Avalon!”

A second wave of light covered the surviving sorcerers.

Strength, speed, perception, cursed-energy output, and regenerative ability began increasing at a terrifying rate. One blessing overlapped with another, then another, until every survivor carried the protection of multiple legends.

Ragnar had no time to question why the Noble Phantasms were acting on their own.

If they could be used, he would use them.

If they could protect humanity, he would release them.

Every treasure within the Gate of Babylon that answered his call poured its radiance into the dying world.

The final page had not yet been written.

Human history was not over.
