This week’s practice package is designed for one specific problem:

👉 Hitting a wall around 120-130 BPM and not knowing how to get past it cleanly.

Most players try to grind their way to speed. That usually just trains tension, panic, and inconsistency.

Speed doesn’t increase gradually.It switches.

The Speed Switch Training Protocol teaches your nervous system how to handle higher tempos first - so clean speed becomes natural instead of stressful.

This is not about forcing speed. It’s about making fast playing feel normal.

What’s included in this package:

🔥 4 Speed Switch exercises, each targeting a different failure point

🎯 Burst-based drills to build speed without tension or collapse

⚡ Clear rules for when to push, when to stop, and when to reset

🧠 Nervous-system-friendly training for clean, controlled speed

📂 Tabs, Guitar Pro files, backing tracks & play-along videos

This system works for:

Alternate picking

Legato

Synchronization

Any fast passage that falls apart under pressure

How to use it:

Short, focused sessions

Let speed adapt instead of forcing it

If you’ve been practicing consistently but feel stuck at the same tempos, this will change how you train immediately.

As always - take your time, stay relaxed, and trust the process. If you have questions or want feedback, post your playing in the Discord.
