NEW: The 20-Minute Deliberate Practice Workout 🎸

This week we're doing something a little different!

Instead of giving you another collection of individual exercises, I put together a complete 20-minute workout you can follow from start to finish.

DOWNLOAD IT HERE:

Google Drive: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1VtYu1EM4pHwc8OilkaelyANjigeR5Cfh?usp=sharing

Dropbox (Backup): https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/rirdoedlnwj66m83g0woj/AMSPWsJEmhMhdO7IpuNYRQ8?rlkey=rsucyjzb8td11uf85zkg0liig&st=f06yitu8&dl=0

The idea behind it is simple: 20 minutes of focused, deliberate practice can be much more productive than spending hours mindlessly repeating the same exercises.

The workout targets 5 areas I consider essential for building clean, controlled technique:

→ Hand synchronization→ String transitions→ Finger training→ Speed bursts→ Timing

For the next 7 days, try doing the full workout once per day with 100% focus. No TV, no scrolling between exercises - really pay attention to your timing, tension, accuracy and every mistake you make.

Let me know how the workout goes and which of the 5 sections gives you the most trouble 🤘

P.S. Come see me live on tour! 🎫 https://linktr.ee/escapetheinternet

Absolutely love your gym analogy and you couldn’t be any more correct! Thanks for another great workout, Bernth!!

Love the way this works the fretting hand weaknesses.

I love how your workouts are highly musical, even getting some exposure to diminished and harmonic minor sounds!

Where can I find the “15 min daily guitar workout for faster progress”?

Paul

Hi. Yes, it’s the same. But in GYM you need a right program. It can be 3 or 6 day or twice a day. The main idea you need a right program. I think a guitar technique is the same. I like your 30 day courses. It’s really convenient not to think about how and why just train. So, I will be waiting new courses. Cheers, Paul
