Hmm, other three Bs, well I foresee that last one ending up to being Baby for some reason. Another one could be Beer, as well as Bread, Burgers, and Baked goods(or just Baking)

Beer definitely makes sense but I don't think it would fit the "50s housewife" motif. My votes are bread, butter, and baby. Though a young house wife avoiding babies to stay thing could make things go a little dark. 0_0
