Happy boxing day! I hope you all had a nice Christmas.

Just curious what is your native language and what VR headset everyone uses, please vote for the 2 polls below.

Even though everyone here types in English, it may not be the native language of the most people. The following list of languages is what I believe to be the member's native language based on username and email, if your native language is not listed below please let me know in the comments.

I also want to know what VR headsets everyone uses, if your VR headset isn't listed below please let me know in the comments. (I forgot to add the "other" option to VR headset list, please vote for the question "What VR headset do..." instead)

Thank you very much in advance for your participation.

Pimax Crystal light since about 1 month, before HP Reverb G2 - both are not on your list and no "other" option ;) My native language is though.

cosfeetvr

First time hearing Pimax Crystal light, thanks for telling me. I forgot to add the "other" option to VR headset list 😅

Shasha

That headset has a nice resolution and a decent field of view. The biggest difference (improvement) that I've noticed has been for videos with 2 models such as Ning S1 8K :) But I can only compare to my old HP headset.

Hei ystävä, kiitos, että tilaat minun Patreon :)

The improvement only noticeable in the the 8K video with 2 models? It’s hard to imagine without trying it myself. I use Quest 3 to watch VR videos, personally I don’t like Facebook very much, but its price is quite affordable.

Shasha

No no... there's improvement in any video up to some degree. But it's most prominent in the 8K ones with two models. Basically there is a wider FOV and better sweet spot with less image deformation on the sides which feels more natural to look around and contributes to more immersion. This effect is more noticeable the higher Ks there are and the more things happening in the video. I hope that makes any sense; native language deutsch here ;) The value for money might be debatable for sure. Also the Pimax has got some drawbacks as well.

Can someone explain how we actually purchase clips this is very confusing

cosfeetvr

Sorry for confusing you. Since you paid $5 in December 2024 and January 2025 but haven't selected any videos yet, your total unused payments is $10. So you can choose 2 clips from any videos set, or 3 clips from the latest videos set. Example: Niki(Jan25) - CDF Here are 3 video clips from the latest video video set Niki(Jan25)’s CDF. Min(Apr24) - M Ning(Jun24) - A Here are 2 video clips, M from Min(Apr24) and A from Ning(Jun24). Min(Apr24) - BM Here are 2 video clips from Min(Apr24)’s BM The $10 for 3 clips offer applies to the latest videos only, or $5 per clip if you select videos that are not from the latest video set. Each alphabet represents 1 video clip, each clip is around 12-15 mins, the model name and date represent different set.

cosfeetvr

I'm uploading Kiki's K for you now, please choose 1 more clip from any video set, thank you!
