It's weird, but this season we start to love Jamie and dislike Nathan. And come on 😂😂... Roy is being really nice to Keeley, haha! I think they look really good together. They are the perfect couple.

In the last scene with Rebecca & Keeley, I see a subtle “cool that Jamie’s back, the team really could use him” from them both, plus Rebecca with a nod & smile toward Keeley - she has to know somehow Keeley’s involved in his returning.

Yep, Rebecca and Keeley see it like Ted - Jamie and Richmond need each other. The club needs a disruptor of all the cuddly-cozy-blanket-feel-good-vibe that took the edge of the team and Jamie needs a real dad...😊 The doc tried to tell Ted as much in their little heart-to-heart at the end - You have to raise the competition in the team if you want their best performance...🤔 Hence the choice of the song - "Tear it up" by Queen...😊 Jamie causes just enough trouble to have the team on edge without destroying the spirit. He kows he has to do many things differently and is humbled by the recent events and Sam will come around eventually. He has a different standing in the club than when Jamie left and will not be belittled by him anymore.

Keeley told Jamie that she wasn't the one that he needed to talk to about rejoining Richmond. The fact that he was stepping back onto the pitch showed her that Jamie had taken her advice to heart and followed through on things... a sliver of humility on his part. I think "that look" was her being proud of him for that.

This was always my take also. And really, Keeley’s face has a more “Mona Lisa” look about her. Not really a smile … but yeah, I think she’s just glad, as a friend, to see him back. When I say back I don’t necessarily mean back at Richmond. But back playing. He was lost. Also, if you go back and look closely at the army man Ted gave him … he has binoculars .. to help him find his way.. back?

Yeah I always viewed Nate's story in season 2 as the writers testing the audience to see if they had actually taken anything from the lessons of season 1.
